Description
Claims (17)
- 体管腔内植込み用のステントの表面特性を求めるための方法であって、ステント表面の濡れ挙動が前記ステント表面の前記表面特性の尺度としての役割を果たす方法において、
前記ステント表面の長さに沿った前記濡れ挙動を求めるために張力計式の方法によって前記ステント表面の長さに沿った濡れ力の推移を求めるステップを備え、前記濡れ力の推移を求めるステップは、前記ステント表面と所定の表面張力を有する液面との間の前記濡れ力を前記ステントの長さに沿って検出するステップを備える、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 液面による前記濡れ力を検出するために前記ステント表面が動かされることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ステント表面が前記液面のそばで動かされている間に、前記濡れ力の変化が検出されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記濡れ力の前記推移が、前記ステント表面の実質的に全長及び全周にわたり検出されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ステント表面の長さに沿った前記濡れ力の前記推移は、ステント構造に依存し、かつ前記ステント構造に対応する周期性を有し、前記推移の少なくとも1周期の前記周期性又は振幅が、前記ステント表面の特徴付けのために用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記濡れ挙動は、前記ステント表面の基準濡れ挙動との関係で定められ、前記基準濡れ挙動からの偏差が前記表面特性の尺度となることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記基準濡れ挙動は、洗浄処理の直後に計測されたステントの濡れ挙動によって作成されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記濡れ力は、前記張力計式の方法によって動的に検出されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記張力計式の方法は、
ステント表面が、液体の液面を通して液体容器内に浸漬され、
前記液面を通した前記ステントの浸漬又は取り出しの間に、前記濡れ力の前記推移が前記ステントの長さに沿って前記ステント表面上で検出される、ように実行されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記ステントは乾燥しており、前記ステント表面に沿った前記濡れ力の前記推移の間、前記液面内への前記ステントの進入が検出されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記濡れ力の前記推移は、前記液体容器及び前記液体の重量の変化の推移によって検出されることを特徴とする、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- 前記ステントは、前記ステントの長手方向軸線の方向に前記液面を通して一定の速度で動かされ、重量の変化が規則的な間隔で検出され記録されることを特徴とする、請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 体管腔内植込み用のステント(3)の表面特性を求めるための装置であって、ステント表面の濡れ挙動を検出する装置において、
共通の基準重量を有する、規定液体を入れた液体容器(1)と、
前記基準重量からの偏差を前記ステント表面の長さに沿った濡れ力の推移の尺度として計測するための計測装置(2)と、
前記ステント(3)を保持し、前記ステントの長手方向軸線の方向に前記ステントを少なくとも部分的に動かすための保持具(4)であり、前記液体容器(1)の前記液体中に前記ステントを少なくとも部分的に浸漬するように設けられている保持具(4)と、
前記計測装置の偏差計測値を求め、前記ステント表面の長さに沿った濡れ力の推移を求めるための処理ユニットと、を有する装置。 - 前記処理ユニットは、前記基準重量からの前記偏差の動的計測により前記濡れ力を検出することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 張力計式の検出装置を動的に構成することを特徴とする、請求項13又は14に記載の装置。
- 前記保持具(4)は、前記ステント(3)を実質的にその長手方向軸線に沿って前記液体の液面を通して動かすリニア駆動部を有することを特徴とする、請求項13〜15のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の、ステントの表面特性を求める方法を実行するためのものであることを特徴とする、請求項13〜16のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
