Description
各電池ブロック1A、1Bの底面には、2個の電池ブロック1A、1Bの間に亘って延在する長さのベースブラケット15が配置されており、それぞれの電池ブロック1A、1Bのエンドプレート5およびセクションプレート6にネジの締結によって固定されている。2個の電池ブロック1A、1Bの間には、それぞれの電池ブロック1の間を電気的に接続するため、ブロック間バスバー16(図7を参照)が設けられている。そして、電池モジュール14としての電池入出力を行うために、それぞれの電池ブロック1A、1Bには、電池入出力線17が接続されている。

Claims (2)
- 単電池を複数配列して連結した電池ブロックを複数有する電池モジュールであって、
前記複数の単電池に熱伝達可能に結合され、前記電池ブロック毎に設けられた複数の冷却プレートと、
該複数の冷却プレートに着脱可能に取り付けられた冷却パイプと、
前記複数の電池ブロックが前記単電池の配列方向に並べて配置された状態で固定されるベースブラケットと、
該ベースブラケットに固定された前記複数の電池ブロックが上下段に積み重ねて配置された状態で下段の電池ブロックと上段の電池ブロックとの間に介在されて前記下段の電池ブロックと前記上段の電池ブロックの両方が固定される中間ブラケットと、
を有し、
前記複数の電池ブロックは、横幅方向一方側の側面に前記単電池の電極面が位置し、横幅方向他方側の側面に前記冷却プレートが位置する姿勢状態で前記ベースブラケットに固定され、
前記冷却プレートは、前記冷却パイプの少なくとも一部を嵌入可能な凹溝を有し、
前記凹溝は、前記冷却プレートの露出面に凹設されており、前記単電池の配列方向に沿って前記複数の冷却プレートの間に亘って一直線状に延在し、
前記ベースブラケットに固定された前記複数の電池ブロックのうちの少なくとも2つの電池ブロックの冷却プレートに取り付けられた冷却パイプは、該少なくとも2つの電池ブロックの間に亘って無端で連続し、かつ該少なくとも2つの電池ブロックの間にパイプ同士の継ぎ部をもたない1つの冷却パイプであることを特徴とする電池モジュール。 - 前記電池モジュールは、車両のセンターコンソール内に配置されており、
前記車両には、前記電池モジュールとは別の電池ブロック及び冷却パイプを有する第2の電池モジュールと第3の電池モジュールが該車両の左後部座席下と右後部座席下にそれぞれ配置されており、
前記センターコンソール内の電池モジュールと、前記左後部座席下の前記第2の電池モジュールと、前記右後部座席下の前記第3の電池モジュールとで囲まれる空間部内において、前記電池モジュールの前記冷却パイプと前記第2の電池モジュールの冷却パイプとの間、及び前記電池モジュールの前記冷却パイプと前記第3の電池モジュールの冷却パイプとの間が、それぞれ結合部材により結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池ユニット。
