Description
図1は、本発明に係る内燃機関の制御装置の実施形態1が適用された内燃機関の全体構成を示したものであり、例えば、火花点火式燃焼を実施する自動車用4気筒ガソリンエンジンを示したものである。
ところで、図6に示すノック強度とイオン微分値振動強度の関係においては、同等のノック強度であってもイオン微分値振動強度が全体の相関から外れる場合がある(例えば、A点)。
上記する実施形態2では、サイクル中のイオン電流値の時系列信号を積分して得られるイオン積分値に基づいてイオン微分値振動強度を正規化したが、イオン微分値をそれに対応する時間のイオン電流値で除して予め正規化することで、ベースとなるイオン電流信号の絶対値の影響を除去し、ノック強度とイオン微分値振動強度との相関を更に高め、エンジンのノッキング発生の検出精度を更に高めることができると考えられる。

Claims (6)
- 燃焼時におけるイオン電流値を検出するイオン電流値検出部を備えた内燃機関の制御装置であって、
前記制御装置は、前記イオン電流値を信号処理するイオン電流信号処理部と、該イオン電流信号処理部による処理結果に基づいて前記内燃機関の燃焼状態を検出する検出部と、を備え、
前記イオン電流信号処理部は、前記イオン電流値の微分値を算出する微分部と、前記微分値の周波数解析を行う周波数解析部とを有することを特徴とする内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記イオン電流信号処理部は、前記イオン電流値の積分値を算出する積分部と、前記周波数解析部による解析結果と前記積分値とを用いて正規化値を算出する正規化部と、を更に有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記正規化部は、前記周波数解析部による解析結果を前記積分値で除して前記正規化値を算出することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 燃焼時におけるイオン電流値を検出するイオン電流値検出部を備えた内燃機関の制御装置であって、
前記制御装置は、前記イオン電流値を信号処理するイオン電流信号処理部と、該イオン電流信号処理部による処理結果に基づいて前記内燃機関の燃焼状態を検出する検出部と、を備え、
前記イオン電流信号処理部は、前記イオン電流値の微分値を算出する微分部と、前記イオン電流値と前記微分値とから正規化値を算出する正規化部と、前記正規化値の周波数解析を行う周波数解析部と、を有することを特徴とする内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記正規化部は、前記微分値を該微分値に対応する時間の前記イオン電流値で除して前記正規化値を算出することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記検出部は、前記内燃機関の回転数及びトルクから得られる判定閾値を用いて前記内燃機関の燃焼状態を検出することを特徴とする、請求項1又は4に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
