Claims (9)
- 2つのヒンジ半体部材(4、10)と、ヒンジ軸と、駆動機構とを備えた、展開式の宇宙航行機構成要素を展開してロックするための宇宙航行機構成要素用ヒンジ機構において、
前記駆動機構の駆動ばね(1)は、前記2つのヒンジ半体部材(4、10)の展開角度に応じて累進的に変化し、展開動作が進行するにつれて増大して、前記展開角度に応じて大きさが変化する摩擦抵抗トルクに関する補償を行うためのばね特性曲線を有することを特徴とするヒンジ機構。 - 前記ばね特性曲線は、前記展開角度の全角度範囲に亘って前記2つのヒンジ半体部材を互いに相対回動させる際に作用する摩擦抵抗トルクの少なくとも所定倍の大きさのトルクを提供し得るように定められていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のヒンジ機構。
- 前記ばね特性曲線は、前記展開角度の全角度範囲に亘って前記2つのヒンジ半体部材を互いに相対回動させる際に発生する摩擦抵抗トルクの丁度所定倍の大きさのトルクを提供し得るように定められていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載のヒンジ機構。
- 前記駆動機構はB型ゼンマイモータとして構成されており、前記駆動ばねは駆動ローラの外周面上に配設されており、前記駆動ばねの固定端は前記駆動ローラに固定連結されており、前記駆動ばねの自由端は前記ヒンジ軸の周囲を周回するように取回されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項記載のヒンジ機構。
- 前記駆動ばね(1)は、真っ直ぐに伸ばしたときの形状が、長方形とは異なる形状であることを特徴とする請求項4記載のヒンジ機構。
- 前記駆動ばねは、該駆動ばねの自由端へ近付くほど幅寸法が減少する台形形状を呈していることを特徴とする請求項5記載のヒンジ機構。
- 前記駆動ばね(1)の無荷重状態での曲率半径が、該駆動ばねの自由端へ近付くほど大きくなっていることを特徴とする請求項4〜請求項6の何れか1項記載のヒンジ機構。
- 前記駆動ばね(1)は、互いに長さの異なる複数枚の薄板ばねから成ることを特徴とする請求項4〜請求項7の何れか1項記載のヒンジ機構。
- 前記駆動ばね(1)は、該駆動ばねの中心線に沿って1つまたは複数のスリットが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4〜請求項8の何れか1項記載のヒンジ機構。
