Claims (4)
- スイッチング素子を含む複数のサブモジュールと、
前記複数のサブモジュールに含まれたスイッチング素子をそれぞれ制御する複数のサブ制御器と、
前記複数のサブモジュールのスイッチング動作条件を決定し、前記決定されたスイッチング動作条件に対応する制御信号を前記複数のサブ制御器に伝送する中央制御器と、を含み、
前記複数のサブ制御器のそれぞれは、自らが制御しているサブモジュールの状態を確認できる状態情報を獲得し、前記獲得した状態情報をアドレス情報内に挿入し、
前記中央制御器からアドレス確認要請信号が受信されると、前記状態情報が含まれた前記アドレス情報を前記中央制御器に伝送し、
前記アドレス情報内に挿入されるサブモジュールの状態情報は、前記サブモジュールのスイッチングヒストリ情報を含み、
前記スイッチングヒストリ情報は、各サブモジュールが行った充電動作、放電動作及びバイパス情報を含み、
前記中央制御器は、前記スイッチングヒストリ情報を利用して、現時点で充電動作を行うサブモジュール、放電動作を行うサブモジュール及びバイパス動作を行うサブモジュールを決定する、モジュール型マルチレベルコンバータ。 - 前記複数のサブ制御器のそれぞれには、自らが制御しているサブモジュールを区分するために互いに異なるアドレスに応じた識別情報が割り当てられており、
前記アドレス情報内には、前記サブモジュールに割り当てられた識別情報が含まれる、請求項1に記載のモジュール型マルチレベルコンバータ。 - 前記中央制御器は、前記それぞれのサブ制御器に割り当てられた識別情報に基づいて前記複数のサブモジュールに対してそれぞれ生成された制御信号に対する目的地を決定する、請求項2に記載のモジュール型マルチレベルコンバータ。
- 前記アドレス情報内に挿入されるサブモジュールの状態情報は、前記サブモジュールに充電された電圧情報をさらに含み、
前記中央制御器は、前記サブモジュールに充電された電圧情報を利用して放電条件によって動作するサブモジュールの数を決定する、請求項3に記載のモジュール型マルチレベルコンバータ。
