Claims (8)
- 電極装置の有効面(10)と、対向電極として機能する表面との間に誘電体バリア型プラズマを形成するための電極装置であって、高圧電源(28)に接続可能である、可撓性の、平面的な電極(8)と、前記有効面(10)を形成し、前記平面的な電極(8)に接続されていて、電極要素(7)を形成し、かつ前記電極(8)を処理(処置)される表面に向かって完全に覆う平面的な可撓性の誘電体(9)とを具備する電極装置において、
前記電極要素(7)を、局所的な変形により、前記表面の凹凸に自動的に適合させることができるように、前記電極要素(7)の、前記表面から離隔した裏面に押圧するためのエリア弾性的な接触押圧手段(4)を具備し、
前記エリア弾性的な接触押圧手段(4)は、サポートベアリングとして用いられるハウジング部分(1)に取り付けられている弾性材料部分であることを特徴とする電極装置。 - 電極装置の有効面(10)と、対向電極として機能する表面との間に誘電体バリア型プラズマを形成するための電極装置であって、高圧電源(28)に接続可能である、可撓性の、平面的な電極(8)と、前記有効面(10)を形成し、前記平面的な電極(8)に接続されていて、電極要素(7)を形成し、かつ前記電極(8)を処理(処置)される表面に向かって完全に覆う平面的な可撓性の誘電体(9)とを具備する電極装置において、
前記電極要素(7)を、局所的な変形により、前記表面の凹凸に自動的に適合させることができるように、前記電極要素(7)の、前記表面から離隔した裏面に押圧するためのエリア弾性的な接触押圧手段(4)を具備し、
前記エリア弾性的な接触押圧手段(4)は、複数のばね要素から形成されており、これらのばね要素は、一側で、サポートベアリングとして用いられるハウジング部分(1)に支持され、複数の接触面と共に、前記電極要素(7)の裏面に、押圧部材の配列を形成することを特徴とする電極装置。 - 前記接触押圧手段(4)は、前記電極要素(7)の裏面を誘電材料で覆うことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電極装置。
- 前記ハウジング部分(1)は、平坦な延在部を有し、前記ハウジング部分のこの延在部は、前記電極要素(7)の平坦な延在部を越えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の電極装置。
- 前記ハウジング部分(1)の前記平坦な延在部は、四方で前記電極要素(7)の前記平坦な延在部を越えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電極装置。
- 前記ハウジング部分(1)は、高電圧端子(15)のための電気ブッシングを有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の電極装置。
- 前記誘電体(9)の前記有効面(10)は、中間空間(13)を形成する構造体(11)を有し、該中間空間には、前記有効面(10)が前記構造体(11)を介して前記表面に接触しているとき、プラズマが形成可能であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の電極装置。
- 前記構造体(11)は、前記表面に接触するために端面(14)が形成されている突起を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電極装置。
