Description

- キャリア(30)であって、

複数のクランプ部(44)であって、該複数のクランプ部(44)のクランプ面(46)が前記修理される部品(32)の第2の表面(48)と接触するように適合され、前記クランプ面(46)が関連する支持部(38)の支持面(40)に対向し、かつ、前記部品(32)の修理箇所(50)を前記キャリア部(34)のキャリア面(36)から離して対向させながら前記キャリア部(34)に固定した前記修理される部品(32)を前記クランプ面と支持面の間に挟んだ状態で、前記複数のクランプ部(44)の少なくとも一部がキャリア部(34)に取り外し可能に装着される複数のクランプ部(44)と、
前記部品(32)の修理箇所(50)に塗布された複数の原料粉末層に電磁放射線または粒子放射線を選択的に照射することによって、該部品(32)を修理する装置(10)の固定装置(74)と接触する固定装置(72)と、を具備し、
前記複数の支持部(38)の少なくとも一部は、列のパターンで前記キャリア部(34)に取り付けられ、前記複数のクランプ部(44)の少なくとも一部は、前記クランプ面(46)が前記列のパターンの隣接する列(R2)に配置された関連する支持部(38)の支持面(40)に対向するように、前記列のパターンの第1の列(R1)に配置された前記支持部(38)にそれぞれ取り外し可能に装着できるものであることを特徴とするキャリア。 - 前記固定装置(72)は、前記修理される部品(32)の修理箇所(50)を加工する工作機械の固定装置とも接触するものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキャリア。
- 前記複数のクランプ部(44)の少なくとも一部は、取り付け装置(52)によって前記支持部(38)にそれぞれ取り外し可能に装着でき、かつ、前記取り付け装置(52)が固定されるときに、前記クランプ部(44)のクランプ面(46)を前記関連する支持部(38)の支持面(40)の方向に向って動かすための、前記支持部(38)に形成された表面(60)と接触するように適合された傾斜面(58)を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のキャリア。
- 前記取り付け装置52は、前記クランプ部(44)に形成された穴(54)を通って延伸し、前記支持部(38)に設けられたねじ山(56)に係合するように適合されたものであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のキャリア。

- 複数の部品(32)を修理する方法であって、
前記複数の部品(32)の少なくとも一部の第1の表面(42)が、キャリア(30)のキャリア部(34)のキャリア面(36)から延伸する支持部(38)の支持面(40)と接触するようにして、前記キャリア部(34)上に前記修理される複数の部品(32)を配置する工程と、
クランプ部(44)のクランプ面(46)と、関連する支持部(38)の支持面(40)との間に前記部品(32)を挟み、それによって、該部品(32)の修理箇所(50)を前記キャリア部(34)のキャリア面(36)から離して該部品(32)を前記キャリア部(34)に固定するようにして、複数の前記クランプ部(44)を、それぞれのクランプ部(44)のクランプ面(46)が前記修理される部品(32)の第2の表面(48)と接触するようにキャリア部(34)に装着する工程と、
