Description
実施形態において、カルシウム肥料又は他のカルシウム含有化合物若しくは組成物を、液状尿素硝酸アンモニウム(UAN)、硝酸アンモニウムカルシウム(CAN)、硝酸アンモニウム(AN)又はリン酸アンモニウムなどの、他の液状肥料における酸をベースとする窒素又はカルシウムを含有する化合物と混合することによる、カルシウム肥料又は他のカルシウム含有化合物若しくは組成物を有するイオン化液状カルシウムシアナミドの作成を開示する。後者のカルシウム含有化合物若しくは組成物は、乾燥カルシウムシアナミド粒子を噴霧可能な粒子に消化するためのものであり、こうしてカルシウムシアナミドのイオン性成分溶液への加水分解を早め、この場合、その炭素は、シリコン代替メモリーツールとしての可能性が報告されているグラフェン、又は容易に懸濁若しくは溶体化される他の炭素同素体で有り得る、より微細でかなり大きな表面積の粒子に消化される。電解質懸濁剤を加えて、確実に炭素懸濁液にしてもよい。簡易な混合は必要であるが、追加の熱は必要としない。

Claims (46)
- 40〜20部の溶解酸又は酸形成性のほぼ中性pHの窒素植物栄養素化合物の混合物と、1部〜5部の不溶性又は弱可溶性の高pHのカルシウム形成性植物栄養素化合物の混合物とを含み、
該溶解酸は、硝酸、リン酸、弱酸性の炭酸、又はそれらの組合せを含み、該酸形成性の窒素植物栄養素化合物は、溶液中に存在しており、尿素硝酸アンモニウム(UAN)を含み、
該不溶性又は弱可溶性の高pHのカルシウム形成性植物栄養素化合物は、溶液中に存在しており、カルシウムシアナミド、石膏、炭酸カルシウム、塩化カルシウム又はそれらの組合せを含む、液状組成物。 - 前記不溶性又は弱可溶性の高pHのカルシウム形成性植物栄養素化合物は、H2Oを含む溶液中に存在しており、カルシウムシアナミドを含有している、請求項1に記載の液状組成物。
- 前記UAN溶液は、50%の尿素窒素、25%のアンモニア窒素、及び25%の硝酸窒素を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の液状組成物。
- 前記組成物は、0.25重量パーセント〜10重量パーセントのカルシウムシアナミドを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の液状組成物。
- 前記組成物は、7重量パーセント〜8重量パーセントのカルシウムシアナミドを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の液状組成物。
- 前記ほぼ中性pHの窒素植物栄養素化合物の混合物は、pH7.8及び7.9を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の液状組成物。
- 前記液状組成物は、60メッシュ〜100メッシュのスクリーンサイズを通過する粒子を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の液状組成物。
- 前記液状組成物は、80メッシュ〜100メッシュのスクリーンサイズを通過する粒子を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の液状組成物。
- 前記液状混合物中に存在しているH2Oは、前記混合物中の前記不溶性又は弱可溶性の高pHのカルシウム形成性植物栄養素化合物の14倍より少ない質量を含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の液状組成物。
- 前記液状混合物中に存在しているH2Oは、前記混合物中の前記不溶性又は弱可溶性の高pHのカルシウム形成性植物栄養素化合物の少なくとも14倍の質量を含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の液状組成物。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の液状組成物と排泄物とを含む、混合組成物。
- 前記排泄物は、液化有機質肥料である、請求項11に記載の混合組成物。
- 前記排泄物は、ウシの(dairy)液化有機質肥料である、請求項11に記載の混合組成物。
- 前記混合物は、0.1パーセントのカルシウムシアナミド〜25パーセントのカルシウムシアナミド、25パーセント〜50パーセントのUAN溶液、及び74.99パーセント〜24.99パーセントの液状排泄物を含む、請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載の混合組成物。
- 前記混合物は、25パーセントのカルシウムシアナミド、25パーセント〜50パーセントのUAN溶液、及び50パーセント〜25パーセントの排泄物を含む、請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載の混合組成物。
- 前記混合物に対して、少なくとも1つの非窒素物質を含むさらに含む、請求項11から15のいずれか一項に記載の混合組成物。
- 前記非窒素物質は、植物栄養素である、請求項16に記載の混合組成物。
- 前記非窒素物質は、リン、カリウム、鉄、銅、亜鉛、マンガン、ホウ素、マグネシウム、モリブデン、硫黄、ニッケル、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項16に記載の混合組成物。
- 電解質懸濁剤をさらに含む、請求項11から18のいずれか一項に記載の混合組成物。
- 前記電解質懸濁剤は、アニリン、ニグロシン、カーボンブラック陰イオン性物質、又はイオン化した金属元素である、請求項19に記載の混合組成物。
- 前記イオン化した金属元素は、ケイ素、鉄、アルミニウム、炭素又はそれらの組合せである、請求項20に記載の混合組成物。
- 有効量の請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の液状組成物を排泄物に添加するステップを含み、
該液状組成物中に存在しているH2Oは、不溶性又は弱可溶性の高pHのカルシウム形成性植物栄養素化合物の少なくとも14倍の質量を含み、これにより混合組成物を形成し、排泄物を処理する、排泄物の処理方法。 - 前記方法は、大気CO2の存在下で行われる、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記排泄物が、液化有機肥料である、請求項22又は23に記載の方法。
- 前記排泄物が、ウシの (dairy)液化有機肥料である、請求項22又は23に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの非窒素物質を前記組成物に添加するステップをさらに含む、請求項22から25のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記非窒素物質は、植物栄養素である、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記非窒素物質は、リン、カリウム、鉄、銅、亜鉛、マンガン、マグネシウム、ニッケル、ホウ素、マグネシウム、モリブデン、硫黄、ニッケル、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 電解質懸濁剤を前記組成物に添加するステップをさらに含む、請求項22から28のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電解質懸濁剤が、イオン化アニリン、ニグロシン、カーボンブラック陰イオン性物質、又はイオン化した金属元素である、請求項29に記載の方法。
- 前記イオン化した金属元素が、ケイ素、鉄、アルミニウム、炭素、マグネシウム又はそれらの組合せである、請求項30に記載の方法。
- 前記液状組成物を噴霧により排泄物に施用するステップをさらに含む、請求項22から31のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の液状組成物の有効量を、植付け前、植付けの間及び/又は植付け後に土壌に施用し、それにより植物生長を増強するステップを含む、植物生長の増強方法。
- 前記有効量を施用するステップは、噴霧、土壌シャンク又は散布器、又は点滴灌漑により前記組成物を施用するステップを含む、請求項33に記載の方法。
- 40〜20部の溶解酸又は酸形成性のほぼ中性pHの窒素植物栄養素化合物の混合物を、1部〜5部の不溶性又は弱可溶性の高pHのカルシウム形成性植物栄養素化合物の混合物に混合するステップを含み、
該溶解酸は、硝酸、リン酸、弱酸性の炭酸、又はそれらの組合せを含み、該酸形成性の窒素植物栄養素化合物は、溶液中に存在しており、尿素硝酸アンモニウム(UAN)を含み、
該不溶性又は弱可溶性の高pHのカルシウム形成性植物栄養素は、溶液中に存在しており、カルシウムシアナミド、石膏、炭酸カルシウム、塩化カルシウム又はそれらの組合せを含み、これにより液状組成物を形成する、液状組成物の作製方法。 - 前記不溶性又は弱可溶性の高pHのカルシウム形成性植物栄養素化合物は、H2Oを含む溶液中に存在しており、カルシウムシアナミドを含む、請求項35に記載の方法。
- 前記UAN溶液は、30%〜35%の尿素、40%〜45%の硝酸アンモニウムを含み、残余はH2Oである、請求項35又は36に記載の方法。
- 前記液状混合物中に存在しているH2Oは、前記混合物中の前記不溶性又は弱可溶性の高pHのカルシウム形成性植物栄養素化合物の14倍より少ない質量を含む、請求項35から37のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記液状混合物中に存在しているH2Oは、前記混合物中の前記不溶性又は弱可溶性の高pHのカルシウム形成性植物栄養素化合物の少なくとも14倍の質量を含む、請求項35から37のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記混合ステップは、循環過程の存在下で行われる、請求項35から39のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記循環過程は、ベンチュリ管バイパスシステムを含む、請求項40に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの非窒素物質を前記組成物に添加するステップをさらに含む、請求項35から41のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記非窒素物質は、植物栄養素である、請求項42に記載の方法。
