Description
但し、開示された図面は当業者に本発明の思想が充分に伝えられるようにするための例として提供されるものである。したがって、本発明は、以下にて提示される図面に限定されず、他の態様で具体化されることもできる。
図2および図3を参照すれば、本発明による熱電発電装置1は、排気ガスが流入される排気ガス入口パイプ2と排気ガスが排出される排気ガス出口パイプ3との間に取り付けられた熱電発電ユニット10を含む。
また、前記熱電発電ユニット10の一側に前記排気ガス入口パイプ2に流入された排気ガスの排出を制御するバルブ20が取り付けられる。
なお、前記排気ガス流動板110に付着された第1熱電素子130の表面には、冷却水を内部の中空状態の空間に流動させる冷却水流動板120が付着される。
また、前記冷却水流動板120の表面に金属または半導体からなる第2熱電素子140が付着される。

Claims (3)
- 自動車の熱電発電装置であって、
排気ガスが流入される排気ガス入口パイプと排気ガスが排出される排気ガス出口パイプとの間に取り付けられ、
一側に冷却水入口を形成し、他側に冷却水出口を形成し、且つ、
前記排気ガス入口パイプに流入された排気ガスと前記冷却水入口に流入された冷却水とが互いに直交する方向に流動してなる排気ガスと冷却水との熱交換に応じて電位差を発生させる熱電素子を内装した複数の単位体モジュールが集合されてなる、熱電発電ユニット
を含んで構成され、
前記単位体モジュールは、
内部空間に排気ガスを流動させる排気ガス流動板を有し、
前記排気ガス流動板の左側および右側に、前記排気ガス入口パイプから流入された排気ガスを前記排気ガス流動板の内部に流入させる排気ガス通孔を形成した1対の排気ガス一側ガスケットおよび1対の排気ガス他側ガスケットが各々付着され、
前記排気ガス流動板の表面に第1熱電素子が付着され、
前記単位体モジュールは、
前記第1熱電素子の表面に、冷却水を内部空間に流動させる冷却水流動板が付着され、
前記冷却水流動板の上側および下側に、前記冷却水入口から流入された冷却水を前記冷却水流動板の内部に流入させる冷却水通孔を形成した1対の冷却水一側ガスケットおよび1対の冷却水他側ガスケットが各々付着され、且つ、
前記冷却水流動板の表面に第2熱電素子が付着され、
前記熱電発電ユニットの排気ガス出口パイプ方向の最外側に位置した単位体モジュールの排気ガス一側ガスケットにバルブが付着され、
前記バルブを開放して熱電発電ユニットの熱電発電を一部分制限するバイパス運転が行われることを特徴とする自動車の熱電発電装置。 - 前記排気ガス一側ガスケットおよび排気ガス他側ガスケットの上端および下端にボルト挿入孔が各々形成され、
前記冷却水一側ガスケットおよび冷却水他側ガスケットの左側および右側にボルト挿入孔が各々形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動車の熱電発電装置。 - 前記排気ガス入口パイプ方向の最外側に位置した排気ガス一側ガスケットに排気ガス封鎖板が設けられ、
前記排気ガス入口パイプ方向の最外側に位置した冷却水一側ガスケットに冷却水封鎖板が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動車の熱電発電装置。
