Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1%のγ‐オリザノールを含む米油を得るための米油の処理方法であって、
米油から1種または複数種のリン化合物を除去するステップと、
米油を200℃〜260℃の間の温度に加熱するステップと、
0.1〜1kgf/cm2の間の圧力を米油に付与するステップと、
米油から副生成物を抽出して、遊離脂肪酸の重量当たり0.90%の最大酸性度を有する最終生成物を生じるステップと
を含む、上記方法。 - 米油を200℃〜260℃の間の温度に加熱するステップおよび0.1〜1kgf/cm2の間の圧力を米油に付与するステップが、同時に行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 米油から副生成物を抽出するステップが、米油を加熱するステップおよび圧力を米油に付与するステップと同時に行われる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 処理される米油中にある遊離脂肪酸の量を決定するステップをさらに含み、
米油を200℃〜260℃の間の温度に加熱するステップおよび0.1〜1kgf/cm2の間の圧力を米油に付与するステップが、
処理される米油中の遊離脂肪酸の量が1〜5重量%の間である場合、米油を200〜220℃の間の温度に加熱し、0.1〜0.3kgf/cm2の間の圧力を米油に付与するステップと、
処理される米油中の遊離脂肪酸の量が5〜10重量%の間である場合、米油を221〜240℃の間の温度に加熱し、0.3〜0.5kgf/cm2の間の圧力を米油に付与するステップと、
処理される米油中の遊離脂肪酸の量が10重量%以上である場合、米油を241〜260℃の間の温度に加熱し、0.5〜1.0kgf/cm2の間の圧力を米油に付与するステップと
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 副生成物が、米油が200℃〜260℃の間の温度に加熱され、0.1〜1kgf/cm2の間の圧力が米油に付与された時に米油から蒸発した遊離脂肪酸である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 副生成物を抽出するステップが、真空を使用して、米油が200℃〜260℃の間の温度に加熱される/加熱された、また0.1〜1kgf/cm2の間の圧力が米油に付与される/付与された熱交換器から、蒸発した遊離脂肪酸を除去するステップをさらに含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 熱交換器から除去された後に蒸発した遊離脂肪酸を凝縮して、液体遊離脂肪酸を形成するステップをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 米油から1種または複数種のリン化合物を除去するステップが、
水を米油に添加して混合物を形成するステップと、
1種または複数種のリン化合物が水と結合するように混合物をブレンドするステップと、
水と結合した1種または複数種のリン化合物を除去するステップと
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 水と結合した1種または複数種のリン化合物を除去するステップが、ブレンドされた混合物の遠心分離を行うステップを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 0.1〜0.3kgf/cm2の間の圧力が、米油に付与される、請求項1に記載の方法。
