Claims (3)
- セメントキルンの窯尻からプレヒータの最下段サイクロンに至るまでのキルン排ガス流路より燃焼排ガスの一部を冷却しながら抽気するプローブと、
該プローブで抽気されたガスから粗粉を分離する分級装置と、
該粗粉を、10μm以上20μm以下の分級点でさらに粗粉と微粉とに分離する第2の分級装置と、
該第2の分級装置で分離された300〜400℃の粗粉を含水有機廃棄物に、該含水有機廃棄物の量に対する前記粗粉の量の比が0.50〜1.00となるように混合する混合装置と、
該混合装置による混合物をセメント焼成装置に供給する供給装置とを備えることを特徴とする含水有機廃棄物の処理装置。 - 前記供給装置は機械式輸送機であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の含水有機廃棄物の処理装置。
- セメントキルンの窯尻からプレヒータの最下段サイクロンに至るまでのキルン排ガス流路より燃焼排ガスの一部を冷却しながら抽気し、
該抽気ガスから、10μm以上20μm以下の分級点で粗粉を分離し、
該分離した300〜400℃の粗粉を含水有機廃棄物に、該含水有機廃棄物の量に対する前記粗粉の量の比が0.50〜1.00となるように混合し、
該混合物をセメント原料又は/及びセメント燃料として利用することを特徴とする含水有機廃棄物の処理方法。
