Claims (3)
- 励起光を発生する光源と、
励起光を吸収し、蛍光を発する発光体と、
を備えており、
前記発光体は、第一の面と、前記第一の面とは反対側の第二の面と、前記第一の面と前記第二面との間にある外周面とを備えた板状の第一の透光部と、前記第一の透光部の外周面に配置された蛍光体層と、前記蛍光体層の外周に配置された第二の透光部と、前記第一の面を覆う遮光手段と、を備え、
前記励起光が前記第二の面から入射し、前記第一の透光部を通って前記蛍光体層に到達するように前記光源が配置されていて、
前記遮光手段は、更に前記蛍光体層及び前記第二の透光部の前記第一の面と同じ側の面を覆っている発光装置。 - 励起光を発生する光源と、
励起光を吸収し、蛍光を発する発光体と、
を備えており、
前記発光体は、第一の面と、前記第一の面とは反対側の第二の面と、前記第一の面と前記第二面との間にある外周面とを備えた板状の第一の透光部と、前記第一の透光部の外周面に配置された蛍光体層と、前記蛍光体層の外周に配置された第二の透光部と、前記第一の面を覆う遮光手段と、を備え、
前記励起光が前記第二の面から入射し、前記第一の透光部を通って前記蛍光体層に到達するように前記光源が配置されていて、
前記蛍光体層は前記第一の面側に露出しており、前記遮光手段は前記第一の面と前記第二の透光部の前記第一の面と同じ側の面とを覆っている発光装置。 - 板状の第一の透光部と、
前記透光部の外周に配置された蛍光体層と、
前記蛍光体層の外周に配置された第二の透光部と、
前記第一の透光部の上面を覆う遮光手段と、を備え、
前記蛍光体層は前記第一の透光部と前記第二の透光部の間から露出しており、前記遮光手段は前記蛍光体層が露出している部分以外を覆っている発光体。
