Claims (4)
- フィルム材質からなるベースフィルム層と、
前記ベースフィルム層の上部面に長手方向に平行に形成された1対の導電ラインと、
強酸性溶液により溶解される物質により、前記導電ラインが外部に露出しないように、ベースフィルム層の上部面に塗布されるコート層と、
からなる強酸性溶液漏れ感知装置であって、
前記ベースフィルム層は、合成樹脂材で形成され、
前記導電ラインは、
CNT(Carbon Nano Tube)分散液50〜90重量%と、揮発性溶剤が混合されたアクリルアルキド樹脂10〜50重量%とが混合されたCNTインキを用いて、印刷方式により前記ベースフィルム層の上面に印刷されることにより形成されることを特徴とする強酸性溶液漏れ感知装置。 - 前記コート層の上部面には、フィルム材質からなる上部保護フィルム層が積層され、前記上部保護層には、ベースフィルム層の導電ラインを上部に露出させるためのセンシングホールが、一定の間隔で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強酸性溶液漏れ感知装置。
- 前記CNT分散液は、CNTパウダー1〜10重量%、エチルセロソルブ溶媒80〜98重量%、及びノニオン性界面活性剤型分散剤1〜10重量%が混合されてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強酸性溶液漏れ感知装置。
- 前記コート層は、前記導電ラインを覆うように、エナメルまたはアルキド樹脂、またはPEまたはPET等の樹脂材から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強酸性溶液漏れ感知装置。
