Description
Claims (6)
- 炭素ナノチューブ(CNT)分散液と、アルキッド樹脂及び銀フレークがそれぞれ70〜85重量部と、3〜15重量部及び5〜15重量部ずつ混合された混合物からなることを特徴とする漏油感知組成物。
- 前記混合物には、少量の湿潤剤とエチルアセテートまたはセルソルブアセテートがさらに添加されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の漏油感知組成物。
- 前記炭素ナノチューブ(CNT)は、炭素ナノチューブ(CNT)パウダー1〜5重量部と、エチルセルソルブ溶媒90〜98重量部及びノニオン界面活性系分散剤1〜5重量部が混合されてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の漏油感知組成物。
- テープ状のベースフィルム層と、前記ベースフィルム層の上部面に長手方向に印刷された導電ラインと、を有する漏油感知センサーにおいて、
前記導電ラインは、炭素ナノチューブ(CNT)分散液と、アルキッド樹脂及び銀フレークがそれぞれ70〜85重量部と、3〜15重量部及び5〜15重量部ずつ混合された混合物がベースフィルム層に印刷されて形成されたことを特徴とする漏油感知センサー。 - 前記混合物には、導電ラインの表面張力を下げるために、少量の湿潤剤と、印刷時に溶剤を揮発するためのエチルアセテートまたはセルソルブアセテートが添加されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の漏油感知センサー。
- 前記炭素ナノチューブ(CNT)分散液は、炭素ナノチューブ(CNT)パウダー1〜5重量部と、エチルセルソルブ溶媒90〜98重量部及びノニオン界面活性系分散剤1〜5重量部が混合されてなることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の漏油感知センサー。
