Description
納豆菌を用いたマコンブ発酵物のα−グルコシダーゼ活性への影響について、試験管内での酵素反応系を用いて検討した。蒸留水で希釈した各濃度のサンプル溶液20μlを添加し全量を220μl/反応ウェルとした。
阻害率は以下の計算式から求めた。阻害率=1−(サンプルの吸光度−サンプルのブランクの吸光度)/(コントロールの吸光度−コントロールのブランクの吸光度)。コントロールを100として溶媒と濃度に関連して、相対的のα−グルコシダーゼ阻害率を図1に示した。
納豆菌を用いたマコンブ発酵物のα−グルコシダーゼへの影響について、動物実験でのマルトース負荷試験を用いて検討した。
納豆菌を用いたマコンブ発酵物のα−グルコシダーゼへの影響について、疾患モデルマウスを用いて検討した。
Claims (6)
- 納豆菌を用いたマコンブ発酵物を有効成分として含有する糖尿病態改善用組成物。
- 機能性食品、食品素材、ペットフード、飲食用組成物、又は医薬用組成物の形態で用いられる、請求項1に記載の糖尿病態改善用組成物。
- マコンブ発酵物の抽出物を有効成分とする、請求項1又は2に記載の糖尿病態改善用組成物。
- マコンブ発酵物を水で抽出した抽出物を有効成分とする、請求項3に記載の糖尿病態改善用組成物。
- 脂質代謝機能を改善するために用いられる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の糖尿病態改善用組成物。
- 食後血糖の上昇を抑制するために用いられる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の糖尿病態改善用組成物。
