Claims (18)
- 電気推進装置(22)及び充電式エネルギ貯蔵装置(23)を備える車両(20)上に配置される集電装置(3、10)のための保護構造(1)であって、前記保護構造(1)は、カバー(2、11、15)を備えており、前記集電装置(3、10)が前記カバーによって覆われる第1の保護状態(4)と、前記エネルギ貯蔵装置を充電する間における前記集電装置(3、10)と対応する電流供給手段(6)との間の接触を前記保護構造(1)が許容する第2の開放状態(5)と、を前記カバーが有しており、前記カバー(2、11、15)は、前記車両が予め定められた充電位置に到達したときに前記保護状態(4)から前記開放状態(5)へと自動的に開放され、かつ、前記カバー(2、11、15)は、前記閉鎖信号が出力されるときに前記第2の開放状態(5)から前記第1の保護状態(4)へと前記カバー(2、11、15)を自動的に閉鎖するべくばね負荷されている保護構造。
- 前記開放状態(5)への移行が特定の開放信号により開始される、請求項1に記載の保護構造。
- 前記車両が予め定められた位置に到達するときに前記開放信号が出力される、請求項2に記載の保護構造。
- 前記車両が停止したときに前記開放信号が出力される、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の保護構造。
- 充電要求が出されるときに前記開放信号が出力される、請求項2に記載の保護構造。
- 前記車両が動き始めるときに前記閉鎖信号が出力される、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の保護構造。
- 前記車両が充電位置から離れるときに前記閉鎖信号が出力される、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の保護構造。
- 前記集電装置の近傍に人がいるときに前記閉鎖信号が出力される、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の保護構造。
- 前記保護構造は前記電気自動車の屋根の上に配置される、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の保護構造。
- 前記車両は、内燃機関を備えるハイブリッド車である、請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の保護構造。
- 前記充電式エネルギ源は、バッテリあるいはスーパーキャパシタである、請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の保護構造。
- 前記保護構造は、上方に開放する回動自在なカバー(2)である、請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載の保護構造。
- 前記保護構造は、前記車両の運転方向に対し平行に摺動するように構成された摺動自在なカバー(11)である、請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載の保護構造。
- 前記保護構造は、前記車両の運転方向に対して垂直に、側方へと分離するように構成されたカバー(15)である、請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載の保護構造。
- 前記保護構造は、分割可能なカバー(15)である、請求項14に記載の保護構造。
- 前記保護構造は、前記開放信号が出力されるときに電動手段あるいは圧縮空気手段により開放される、請求項1乃至15のいずれかに記載の保護構造。
- 前記保護構造は、前記電流供給手段(6)上に配置された押動手段(13)により開放される、請求項1に記載の保護構造。
- 請求項1乃至17のいずれかに記載の保護構造を備える電気自動車。
