Claims (10)
- バンパーの下部にバンパーの長手方向に沿って設置されたコアカバーと、
コアカバーよりさらに高い密度を持つように形成されてコアカバーよりさらに大きい剛性を有し、コアカバーの長手方向に沿ってコアカバーの内側に位置する内部コアとを含み、
コアカバーと内部コアはプラスチック複合素材から一体に形成され、
内部コアは全長がひねり揚げ状に捩れるように形成され、コアカバーは内部コアを被覆するように形成される、車両のロアスチフナ。 - コアカバーと車体フレームとを連結するために、コアカバーに一体に備えられたマウンティング部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両のロアスチフナ。
- コアカバーとマウンティング部とを連結するように設けられた補強リブをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の車両のロアスチフナ。
- プラスチック複合素材は連続繊維強化熱可塑性プラスチックであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両のロアスチフナ。
- 前記マウンティング部および補強リブはガラス繊維強化複合素材から形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のロアスチフナ。
- 請求項1に記載の車両のロアスチフナの製造方法であって、
第1プラスチック複合素材を用いて全長がひねり揚げ状に捩れた内部コアを製作する内部コア製作段階と、
内部コアを被覆するように第2プラスチック複合素材を配置した状態で前記第2プラスチック複合素材を加圧し、前記内部コアと一体に結合したコアカバーを製作するコアカバー製作段階とを含んでなることを特徴とする、車両のロアスチフナの製造方法。 - 前記内部コアは、第1プラスチック複合素材からなる複数の第1プラスチックバーを互いにひねり揚げ状に捩じって製作することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の車両のロアスチフナの製造方法。
- 前記コアカバーは、第2プラスチック複合素材からなる複数の第2プラスチックバーを内部コアの周りに積層した後、加圧して製作することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の車両のロアスチフナの製造方法。
- 前記内部コア製作段階の前に、第1プラスチックバーと第2プラスチックバーを所定の温度に予熱する予熱段階を行うことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の車両のロアスチフナの製造方法。
- 前記予熱段階の前に、広く伸ばした複数本の繊維糸条に、溶融されたプラスチック樹脂を含浸させた後、これを成形機に入れてバー状に射出して第1プラスチックバーおよび第2プラスチックバーを製作するプラスチックバー製作段階を行うことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の車両のロアスチフナの製造方法。
