Claims (16)
- ドナー基板及び前記ドナー基板上に形成された転写層を含むドナーフィルムであって、
前記ドナー基板は、
基材フィルムと、
前記基材フィルム上に位置した光−熱変換層(LTHC)と、
前記光−熱変換層上に位置し、皺のある一面を有する屈曲層間膜と、
を含み、
前記転写層は、
前記屈曲層間膜の上に形成され、前記屈曲層間膜の前記皺のある一面の形状に沿って屈曲した有機発光層と、
前記有機発光層の上に形成され、前記有機発光層の形状に沿って屈曲した、補助層と、
を含み、
前記有機発光層と前記補助層との間の界面の表面粗さが、前記屈曲層間膜と前記有機発光層との間の界面の表面粗さよりも小さい、ドナーフィルム。 - 前記転写層は、前記補助層上に形成され、前記補助層の形状に沿って屈曲した電荷発生層(CGL)をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のドナーフィルム。
- 前記補助層と前記電荷発生層との間の界面が有する屈曲は、前記有機発光層と前記補助層との間の界面が有する屈曲よりも相対的に緩やかである、請求項2に記載のドナーフィルム。
- 前記屈曲層間膜は、アクリル樹脂、アルキド樹脂またはシリコーン高分子から形成される、請求項1に記載のドナーフィルム。
- 表示基板上に第1電極を形成する段階と、
基材フィルム、前記基材フィルム上に位置した光−熱変換層(LTHC)、及び前記光−熱変換層上に位置し、皺のある一面を有する屈曲層間膜を含むドナー基板を設ける段階と、
前記屈曲層間膜の前記皺のある一面上に、前記皺のある一面の形状に沿って屈曲するように形成された有機発光層と、前記有機発光層の上に、前記有機発光層の形状に沿って屈曲するように形成された補助層と、を含む転写層を含むドナーフィルムとを設ける段階と、
前記転写層が前記第1電極に対向するように前記ドナーフィルムを前記表示基板上に配置する段階と、
前記ドナーフィルムにレーザーを照射して前記転写層を前記第1電極上に転写させる段階と、
前記ドナー基板を前記転写層から分離させる段階と、
を含み、
前記有機発光層と前記補助層との間の界面の表面粗さが、前記屈曲層間膜と前記有機発光層との間の界面の表面粗さよりも小さい、有機発光表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記転写層は、前記補助層上に形成され、前記補助層の形状に沿って屈曲するように形成された電荷発生層(CGL)をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記補助層と前記電荷発生層との間の界面が有する屈曲は、前記有機発光層と前記補助層との間の界面が有する屈曲よりも相対的に緩やかである、請求項6に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記転写層を転写させる前に、前記第1電極上に正孔注入層(HIL)及び正孔輸送層(HTL)のうちの一つ以上を形成する段階をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記屈曲層間膜は、アクリル樹脂、アルキド樹脂またはシリコーン高分子から形成される、請求項5に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記ドナー基板を分離した後、前記有機発光層上に第2電極を形成する段階をさらに含む、請求項5から9のうちのいずれか一項に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記第2電極を形成する前に、前記有機発光層上に電子輸送層(ETL)及び電子注入層(EIL)のうちの一つ以上を形成する段階をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記電子輸送層及び前記電子注入層のうちの一つ以上と前記第2電極との間の界面が有する屈曲は、前記有機発光層と前記電子輸送層及び前記電子注入層のうちの一つ以上との間の界面が有する屈曲よりも相対的に緩やかである、請求項11に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 表示基板と、
前記表示基板上に形成された第1電極と、
前記第1電極上に形成された電荷発生層と、
前記電荷発生層上に形成された補助層と、
前記補助層上に形成されて皺を有するように形成された有機発光層と、
前記有機発光層上に形成された第2電極と、
を含み、
前記補助層は、前記有機発光層の形状に沿って屈曲した形状を有し、
前記補助層と前記電荷発生層との間の界面が有する屈曲は、前記有機発光層と前記補助層との間の界面が有する屈曲よりも相対的に緩やかである、有機発光表示装置。 - 前記有機発光層と前記第2電極との間に形成され、前記有機発光層の形状に沿って屈曲した形状を有する電子輸送層及び電子注入層のうちの一つ以上をさらに含む、請求項13に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記電子輸送層及び前記電子注入層のうちの一つ以上と前記第2電極との間の界面が有する屈曲は、前記有機発光層と前記電子輸送層及び前記電子注入層のうちの一つ以上との間の界面が有する屈曲よりも相対的に緩やかである、請求項14に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1電極と前記電荷発生層との間に形成された正孔注入層(HIL)及び正孔輸送層(HTL)のうちの一つ以上をさらに含む、請求項13から15のうちのいずれか一項に記載の有機発光表示装置。
