Description
本発明は、ポリ乳酸(Poly Lactic Acid,以下「PLA」とする)樹脂を含むチップマーブル表面層;前記チップマーブル表面層の下部に形成される接着層および合板層;および前記チップマーブル表面層の上部に形成される表面処理層を含むことを特徴とするチップマーブル床材を提供する。
本発明のチップマーブル床材の製造方法は、PLA樹脂を含むチップマーブル表面層を準備するステップ;前記チップマーブル表面層の下部に接着層および合板層を形成するステップ;および前記チップマーブル表面層の上部に表面処理層を形成するステップを含むことを特徴とする。
(チップマーブル表面層の製造)
PLA樹脂100重量部(Nature Works社 2002D樹脂:Nature Works社 4060D=9:1)、炭酸カルシウム550重量部、非フタル酸系可塑剤(ATBC)15重量部、エポキシ(EPOXY)30重量部、ステアリン酸0.8重量部、高級脂肪酸15重量部、カルボジイミド2.0重量部、二酸化チタニウム2重量部、松脂10重量部、顔料6重量部を使用して厚さが1.5mmのチップマーブル表面層を製造した。
前記の製造されたチップマーブル表面層の上部表面に、ポリウレタンアクリレートUV塗料を用いて厚さ約0.1mmの表面処理層を形成し、前記の製造されたチップマーブル表面層の下部にスプレッダーコーターを用いてロールによりアクリル樹脂を含む接着層を形成した。このとき、前記接着層の厚さは0.15mmで、これは5Ply合板層と前記の製造されたチップマーブル表面層がよく接着するようにするためである。
チップマーブル表面層が、PLA樹脂(Nature Works社 2002D)100重量部、非フタル酸可塑剤(ATBC)15重量部、アクリル共重合体10重量部、ステアリン酸5重量部、ジイソシアネート5重量部およびカルボジイミド5重量部、炭酸カルシウム300重量部、二酸化チタニウム2重量部を含むことを除いては、前記実施例と同様にチップマーブル床材を製造した。
チップマーブル表面層が、PLA樹脂100重量部(Nature Works社 2002D:Nature Works社 4060D=9:1)、炭酸カルシウム300重量部、非フタル酸系可塑剤(ATBC)3重量部、エポキシ(EPOXY)2重量部、ステアリン酸0.005重量部、高級脂肪酸2重量部、カルボジイミド30重量部、二酸化チタニウム20重量部、松脂30重量部、顔料2重量部を含むことを除いては、前記実施例と同様にチップマーブル床材を製造した。
チップマーブル表面層が、PLA樹脂100重量部(Nature Works社 2002D:Nature Works社 4060D=9:1)、炭酸カルシウム900重量部、非フタル酸系可塑剤(ATBC)100重量部、エポキシ(EPOXY)90重量部、ステアリン酸20重量部、高級脂肪酸50重量部、カルボジイミド50重量部、二酸化チタニウム50重量部、松脂60重量部、顔料20重量部を含むことを除いては、前記実施例と同様にチップマーブル床材を製造した。
前記の実施例および比較例の環境低負荷特性を把握するために、韓国建資材試験研究院にT―VOCs(揮発性有機化合物)、HCHO(ホルムアルデヒド)の放出量を依頼し、室内空気質工程試験基準によって試験した。このとき、その結果を下記表1に示した。
前記の実施例および比較例の耐候性を測定するために、QUV促進耐候性試験機を用いて日光による変色テストを行った。このとき、400W、3,000Aで水銀灯を48時間照射して耐候性(△E)を測定し、その結果を下記表2に示した。
前記の実施例および比較例のへこみ程度を測定するために、独自製作したドライバー落下テスト機を用いて50mmずつ落下間隔を増やして実験を行い、これを肉眼で観察した。このとき、へこみ現象が現れる最小の落下距離を下記表3に示した。
Claims (8)
- PLA(Poly Lactic Acid)樹脂を含むチップマーブル表面層;
前記のチップマーブル表面層の下部に形成される接着層および合板層;および
前記チップマーブル表面層の上部に形成される表面処理層を含むことを特徴とするチップマーブル床材であって、
前記チップマーブル表面層は、前記PLA樹脂100重量部に対して、非フタル酸系可塑剤5重量部〜60重量部、エポキシ5重量部〜60重量部、滑剤としてステアリン酸0.01重量部〜10重量部、高級脂肪酸5重量部〜30重量部、炭酸カルシウム500重量部〜700重量部、および顔料5重量部〜10重量部を含むことを特徴とするチップマーブル床材。 - 前記チップマーブル表面層の厚さは0.2mm〜5.0mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のチップマーブル床材。
- 前記チップマーブル表面層は、波模様と粗い表面の外観を有する無定形の大理石マーブル模様を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のチップマーブル床材。
- 前記接着層は、エポキシ樹脂、ウレタン樹脂、酢酸ビニル樹脂、アクリル樹脂から選ばれる一つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のチップマーブル床材。
- 前記接着層の厚さは、0.01mm〜0.5mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のチップマーブル床材。
- 前記合板層は、中密度繊維板(Medium Density Fibreboard;MDF)、合板、無石綿繊維強化セメント(Cellulose fiber Reinforced Cement)ボード、マグネシウムボード、集成木、高密度繊維強化ボード(High density fiberboard;HDF)、パーティクルボード(Particle Board;PB)、セラミックタイル、磁器質タイル、セラミックボードおよびクリック締結材から選ばれるものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のチップマーブル床材。
- PLA樹脂を含むチップマーブル表面層を準備するステップ;
前記チップマーブル表面層の下部に接着層および合板層を形成するステップ;および
前記チップマーブル表面層の上部に表面処理層を形成するステップを含むことを特徴とするチップマーブル床材の製造方法であって、
前記チップマーブル表面層を準備するステップは、
前記PLA樹脂100重量部に対して、非フタル酸系可塑剤5重量部〜60重量部、エポキシ5重量部〜60重量部、滑剤としてステアリン酸0.01重量部〜10重量部、高級脂肪酸5重量部〜30重量部、炭酸カルシウム500重量部〜700重量部、および顔料5重量部〜10重量部を含む組成物を混錬するステップ;および
前記の混錬された組成物をミキシングしてチップマーブル表面層を形成するステップを含むことを特徴とする、チップマーブル床材の製造方法。 - 前記の形成されたチップマーブル表面層は、
カレンダにおいて圧延して波模様と粗い表面の外観を有する無定形の大理石マーブル模様を形成するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のチップマーブル床材の製造方法。
