Claims (25)
- ポリオール成分と、フタル酸を含む芳香族カルボン酸成分とを含む予備混合物を提供することと、
該予備混合物中でテトラアルキルグアニジン及び少なくとも1種の第3級アミンを該芳香族カルボン酸成分と接触させて芳香族カルボン酸のテトラアルキルグアニジン塩及び芳香族カルボン酸の第3級アミン塩を生成することと、
イソシアネートを該予備混合物に加えてポリウレタン組成物を生成することと
を含む、方法。 - 前記酸が、安息香酸、フェニルプロピオン酸、及びサリチル酸のうちの1種又は複数種を更に含む、請求項1の方法。
- 前記予備混合物が、界面活性剤成分、及び架橋成分から成る群より選択される少なくとも1種の構成成分をさらに含む、請求項1の方法。

- Hg、Sn、Pb、Bi、Sb、Mn、Fe、Ti、La、Zr、Zn、Co、及びHg、Sn、Pb、Bi、Sb、Mn、Fe、Ti、La、Zr、Znを含有する化合物を実質的に使用しない、請求項1の方法。
- テトラアルキルグアニジンとフタル酸を含む芳香族カルボン酸成分とを接触させて芳香族カルボン酸のテトラアルキルグアニジン塩を生成すること、少なくとも1種の第3級アミンと酸とを接触させて第3級アミン塩を生成すること、該テトラアルキルグアニジン塩と該第3級アミン塩とを混合させて、触媒組成物を製造すること、並びにイソシアネート及びポリオール成分を該触媒組成物に加えてポリウレタン組成物を生成することを含む、ポリウレタン組成物製造方法。
- テトラアルキルグアニジンと少なくとも1種の第3級アミンとを混合すること、フタル酸を含む少なくとも1種のカルボン酸を添加して第3級アミン塩及び芳香族カルボン酸のテトラアルキルグアニジン塩を生成して、触媒組成物を製造すること、並びにイソシアネート及びポリオール成分を該触媒組成物に加えてポリウレタン組成物を生成することを含む、ポリウレタン組成物製造方法。
- 少なくとも1種のポリオール、フタル酸を含む少なくとも1種の芳香族カルボン酸、及び少なくとも1種の第3級アミン塩を含む、予備混合物を提供すること、
テトラアルキルグアニジンを該予備混合物と接触させて芳香族カルボン酸のテトラアルキルグアニジン塩を生成すること、並びに
イソシアネートを該予備混合物に加えてポリウレタン組成物を生成すること
を含む、方法。 - 少なくとも1種のポリオール、少なくとも1種のフタル酸のテトラアルキルグアニジン塩、及び少なくとも1種の第3級アミン塩から実質的に成る、予備混合物を提供すること、並びに
少なくとも1種のイソシアネートを該予備混合物に添加してポリウレタン組成物を生成すること
を含む、方法。 - 前記ポリウレタン組成物を型に導入すること、及び該型からエラストマー性ポリウレタン製品を取り出すことを更に含む、請求項18の方法。
- 前記ポリオールが、ポリエーテルトリオールポリオールであり、前記第3級アミン塩が1,8−ジアザビシクロ[5.4.0]ウンデス−7−エンの芳香族カルボン酸塩であり、かつ前記イソシアネートが4,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートを含む、請求項18の方法。
- 前記予備混合物が、エチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール及びポリエチレングリコールから成る群より選択される少なくとも1つの要素を更に含む、請求項18の方法。
- 前記要素がポリエチレングリコールである、請求項21の方法。
- 前記第3級アミン塩が、1,8−ジアザビシクロ[5.4.0]ウンデス−7−エンの芳香族カルボン酸塩である、請求項18の方法。
- 前記第3級アミン塩が、トリエチレンジアミンの芳香族カルボン酸塩である、請求項18の方法。
- 前記予備混合物が、1,8−ジアザビシクロ[5.4.0]ウンデス−7−エンの芳香族カルボン酸塩をさらに含む、請求項24の方法。
