Description
Claims (10)
- ピースが切り取られるべき可撓性材料の布きれの端部を平坦化するための平坦化の方法であって、
前記可撓性材料の布きれ(H)の輪郭(HC)の少なくとも一部のデジタル表現を作成する工程と、
前記布きれの前記輪郭のスキャンされた部分の各ポイント(P1,P2,…)に対して特定の平坦化の方向(D1,D2,…)及び距離(V1,V2)を定める工程と、
前記布きれの前記輪郭の前記スキャンされた部分の選択された各ポイントについて、当該ポイントに対して定められた前記特定の平坦化の方向及び距離に従い、前記布きれの内部からその端部に向かう平坦化の方向に沿って前記布きれの端部を平坦化するように、カッター工具(120)の押え具(120b)を使用する工程と、を備えた、
方法。 - 前記布きれ(H)の前記輪郭(HC)の前記スキャンされた部分のポイント(P1,P2,…)は、前記布きれの前記輪郭又はその近傍に位置する初期ポイント(P1)から反復して定められる一組のポイントから選択され、各ポイントは、対応する反復において、前記布きれの前記輪郭と、先行する反復において定められたポイントを中心とする円(C1,C2,…)との交点に定められる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記円(C1,C2,…)は、前記カッター工具の前記押え具の寸法よりも小さい半径(R)を有する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記円(C1,C2,…)は、前記カッター工具の前記押え具の幅の約0.9倍に相当する半径(R)を有する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記布きれの前記輪郭の前記スキャンされた部分の前記ポイントは、反復において考慮された前記円(C1,C2,…)の外側で前記布きれの輪郭(HC)上に位置する少なくとも1つの付加的なポイント(PC)をさらに含む、請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記布きれの前記輪郭の前記スキャンされた部分が裁断ゾーン(108)と一致する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記布きれの前記輪郭の前記スキャンされた部分の各ポイントに対し、前記特定の平坦化の方向が、前記輪郭の前記ポイントを前記布きれの中心(O)につなぐ直線(D1,D2,…)に基づいて定められる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記布きれの前記輪郭の前記スキャンされた部分の各ポイント(Pi)に対し、前記特定の平坦化の距離が、前記輪郭の前記ポイントと、前記布きれの内側に位置する前記直線(Di)上のポイントとの間の距離(Vi)に相当する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記布きれの前記輪郭の前記スキャンされた部分の各ポイント(Pj)に対し、前記特定の平坦化の距離が、前記布きれの外側に位置する前記直線(Dj)上のポイント(Pjj)と、前記布きれの内側に位置する前記直線(Dj)上のポイント(P´jj)との間の距離(Vj)に相当する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの可撓性材料の布きれからピースを切り取る方法であって、
裁断テーブルに布きれを位置決めする工程(S20)と、
前記布きれをスキャンする工程(S40)と、
前記布きれからピースを切り取るためのプログラムを作成する工程(S50)と、
予め作成されたカッティングプログラムに従って前記布きれからピースを切り取る工程(S70)と、を備え、
前記ピースの切り取りに先立って、生地である前記布きれの端部が請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の平坦化の方法によって平坦化される、
方法。
