Abstract
La invención proporciona un método de aplanado para aplanar los bordes de una muestra de material flexible de la cual se recortarán las piezas. El método comprende: establecer una representación digital de al menos una porción de un perfil (Hc) de la muestra de material flexible (H); establecer una dirección de aplanado específica (Di, Dj) y una distancia (Vi, Vj) para cada uno de los puntos (Pi, Pj) de la porción escaneada del perfil de la muestra; y para cada punto seleccionado de la porción escaneada del perfil de la muestra, utilizar un prensatelas de una herramienta de corte, para aplanar los bordes de la muestra a lo largo de la dirección de aplanado específica y la distancia establecida para ese punto, y a lo largo de una dirección de aplanado que va desde dentro de la muestra hacia sus bordes.
