Claims (9)
- 電極組立体が収容される缶;
前記缶の開口部に結合され、一側から他側に正極タブホール、負極タブホール及び注液ホールがそれぞれ形成されるキャッププレート;
前記キャッププレートの上面に備えられ、一側端部に前記負極タブホールを貫通した電極組立体の負極タブが結合され、他側端部に結合ホールが形成された接触リード;及び
前記キャッププレートと前記接触リードとの間に備えられ、前記接触リードの結合ホールに結合されつつ、前記接触リードの他側端部を固定する結合突起が形成された絶縁部材を含み、
前記結合突起の先端には、前記接触リードの上面に支持されつつ、前記接触リードを固定する固定部が形成されることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 請求項1に記載の二次電池を製造する二次電池の製造方法であって、
前記固定部は、前記結合突起の先端を高温の熱で加圧することにより、前記結合突起の先端部が溶融されるとともに、外側へ徐々に拡張されつつ形成されることを特徴とする二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記絶縁部材は、両側面に接触リードの側部を支持するリブが形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材には、前記接触リードの一側端部まで延長して形成され、前記注液ホールと前記負極タブホールにそれぞれ連通される注液貫通ホールと負極タブ貫通ホールが形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は、前記キャッププレートに接着剤で接着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記接触リードは、前記負極タブホールを貫通した電極組立体の負極タブが結合される連結部と、前記結合突起が結合される結合ホールが形成された結合部と、前記連結部と前記結合部との間に備えられ、前記注液ホールを仕上げる仕上部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 請求項1に記載の二次電池を製造する二次電池の製造方法であって、
缶の開口部を介して電極組立体を収容した後、前記缶の開口部にキャッププレートを結合する電極組立体の組立段階(S10);
前記キャッププレートの上面に結合突起が形成された絶縁部材を取り付ける絶縁部材の組立段階(S20);
前記結合突起を前記接触リードの他側端部を貫通させて互いに結合させ、前記接触リードの一側端部を前記負極タブホールを貫通した電極組立体の負極タブに連結する接触リードの組立段階(S30);及び
前記接触リードを貫通した前記結合突起の先端部を高温の熱で加圧する傍ら、前記結合突起の先端部が溶融されるとともに、外側へ徐々に拡張される固定部が形成されつつ前記接触リードを固定する接触リードの固定段階(S40)を含むことを特徴とする二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記絶縁部材には、前記接触リードの一側端部まで延長して形成され、前記注液ホールと前記負極タブホールにそれぞれ連通される注液貫通ホールと負極タブ貫通ホールが形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記絶縁部材は、前記キャッププレートに接着剤で接着されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
