前記連系動作時間及び前記予測逆潮流量に基づいて設定された連系時刻に連系指示を受信すると、前記エネルギー提供機器から前記電力系統に電力を供給させる処理部と、
を有する。
エネルギー提供機器を電力系統へ接続してから該エネルギー提供機器が前記電力系統と連系運転可能になるまでの時間である連系動作時間および前記エネルギー提供機器から前記電力系統に対して逆潮流する電力量である予測逆潮流量を送信し、
前記連系動作時間および前記予測逆潮流量に基づいて設定された連系時刻に連系指示を受信すると、前記エネルギー提供機器から前記電力系統に電力を供給させる方法である。
前記スケジューリングされた前記連系時刻にしたがって、前記電力系統に対して連系を指示する連系指示を前記エネルギー提供機器毎に送信する通信部と、
を有する。
さらに、停電の復旧時に、停電管理装置1は、電力供給制御装置22から送信される連系動作時間及び予測逆潮流量に基づいて、電力系統の負荷が最も少なくなるように、例えば配電電圧や配電周波数の安定に必要な調整電源(火力発電所等)による発電の調整量が最も少なくなるように、各需要家2の接続制御装置21へ送信する連系指示の時刻をスケジューリングできるため、電力系統の調整負荷を軽減しつつ各需要家2のエネルギー提供機器23を連系させることができる。
Claims (7)
- エネルギー提供機器を電力系統へ接続してから該エネルギー提供機器が前記電力系統と連系運転可能になるまでの時間である連系動作時間および前記エネルギー提供機器から前記電力系統に対して逆潮流する電力量である予測逆潮流量を送信する通信部と、
前記連系動作時間及び前記予測逆潮流量に基づいて設定された連系時刻に連系指示を受信すると、前記エネルギー提供機器から前記電力系統に電力を供給させる処理部と、
を有する電力供給制御装置。 - コンピュータが、
エネルギー提供機器を電力系統へ接続してから該エネルギー提供機器が前記電力系統と連系運転可能になるまでの時間である連系動作時間および前記エネルギー提供機器から前記電力系統に対して逆潮流する電力量である予測逆潮流量を送信し、
前記連系動作時間および前記予測逆潮流量に基づいて設定された連系時刻に連系指示を受信すると、前記エネルギー提供機器から前記電力系統に電力を供給させる電力供給制御方法。 - 停電復旧すると、エネルギー提供機器から受信した、前記エネルギー提供機器から電力系統に対して逆潮流する電力量である予測逆潮流量に基づいて、前記電力系統に対する前記エネルギー提供機器毎の連系時刻をスケジューリングする処理部と、
前記スケジューリングされた前記連系時刻にしたがって、前記電力系統に対して連系を指示する連系指示を前記エネルギー提供機器毎に送信する通信部と、
を有する停電管理装置。 - 前記処理部は、
停電復旧すると、前記エネルギー提供機器から受信した、前記予測逆潮流量および前記エネルギー提供機器を前記電力系統へ接続してから該エネルギー提供機器が前記電力系統と連系運転可能になるまでの時間である連系動作時間に基づいて、前記電力系統に対する前記エネルギー提供機器毎の連系時刻をスケジューリングする請求項3に記載の停電管理装置。 - 前記処理部は、
前記電力系統の調整負荷が最小となるように前記連系時刻をスケジューリングする請求項3または4に記載の停電管理装置。 - 前記通信部は、
前記エネルギー提供機器に対して通知した前記停電復旧に応じて該エネルギー提供機器から送信される、前記連系動作時間および前記予測逆潮流量の少なくとも一方を受信すると、前記電力系統に対して連系を指示する連系指示を前記エネルギー提供機器毎に送信する請求項4に記載の停電管理装置。 - 前記通信部は、
停電が発生している配電区間を示す停電区間情報および前記電力系統に収容されている需要家を示す系統需要家収容情報の少なくともいずれか一方に基づいて、前記電力系統からの解列を指示する解列指示を前記エネルギー提供機器に送信する請求項3から6のいずれか1項に記載の停電管理装置。
