Description
前記回転子は、前記回転方向に所定の間隔を置いて設けられ、前記複数の第1の強磁性体と所定の空隙をおいて設けられた複数の第2の強磁性体と、隣り合う前記第2の強磁性体の間に設けられた、前記回転方向に磁界を形成する第1の磁界形成部と、前記第1の磁界形成部とは反対向きに磁界を形成する第2の磁界形成部と、前記第1の磁界形成部と前記回転軸の軸方向に並び、前記第1の磁界形成部と反対向きに磁界を形成する第3の磁界形成部と、前記第2の磁界形成部と軸方向に並び、前記第3の磁界形成部と反対向きに磁界を形成する第4の磁界形成部と、を備えている。
図1乃至図4を用いて第1実施形態に係る回転電機10を説明する。
第1実施形態において、トルクが発生する場合の作用について説明する。図4は磁束の流れを示す模式図である。

図7乃至図11は第2実施形態に係る回転電機110を説明するための図である。第1実施形態と比べると、各駆動要素101が回転子103と、この回転子103の内周に加えて、外周にも固定子102(102A、102B)を有している点で異なる。

図12乃至図16は第3実施形態に係る回転電機210を説明するための図である。第2実施形態と比べると、各駆動要素201が回転子203と、2つの固定子202A及び202Bが軸方向に垂直な平面で対向する点が異なる。すなわち、第1及び第2実施形態ではラジアルギャップモータであるのに対し、本実施形態はアキシャルギャップモータである。

第2実施形態において、回転電機駆動系401によって、回転子の位置に対して適切な制御系が組まれ、安定な回転動作が可能になる。また、回転位置検出部403で、回転電機402の物理モデルと電圧・電流で回転位置推定を行う場合に、回転位置センサが不要となり、コストが抑えられる。また、回転電機は相数を任意に設定でき、その相数に応じて、既存の同期モータのPWM制御や、既存のPM型、もしくはハイブリッド型ステッピングモータと同様の制御を適用して駆動することが可能である。
第5の実施形態に係る車輌は、第1と第2のいずれかの実施形態に係る回転電機を備える。ここでいう車輌としては、二輪〜四輪のハイブリッド電気車輌、二輪〜四輪の電気車輌、アシスト自転車などが挙げられる。

Claims (8)
- 回転軸を回転中心として回転可能な回転子と、
前記回転子の回転方向に巻かれた環状の巻線と、前記回転子の回転方向に所定の間隔を置いて設けられ、前記巻線の一部を取り囲む複数の第1の強磁性体を有する固定子と、を備え、
前記回転子は、前記回転方向に所定の間隔を置いて設けられ、前記複数の第1の強磁性体と所定の空隙をおいて設けられた複数の第2の強磁性体と、
隣り合う前記第2の強磁性体の間に設けられた、前記回転方向に磁界を形成する第1の磁界形成部と、前記第1の磁界形成部とは反対向きに磁界を形成する第2の磁界形成部と、前記第1の磁界形成部と前記回転軸の軸方向に並び、前記第1の磁界形成部と反対向きに磁界を形成する第3の磁界形成部と、前記第2の磁界形成部と軸方向に並び、前記第3の磁界形成部と反対向きに磁界を形成する第4の磁界形成部と、
を備える回転電機。 - 前記第1の磁界形成部と前記第2の磁界形成部の間に第3の強磁性体を備える請求項1に記載の回転電機。
- 前記第1の磁界形成部と前記第2の磁界形成部の間に、径方向に磁界を形成する第5の磁界形成部を備える請求項1に記載の回転電機。
- 前記回転子に対して前記固定子とは反対側に第2の固定子をさらに備える請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機。
- 前記回転子と前記固定子の組を複数有し、
前記回転子と前記固定子との前記回転方向の相対位置関係において複数の異なる組を有する請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機。 - 前記第1の強磁性体、前記第2の強磁性体、前記第3の強磁性体の少なくとも1つが、少なくとも一部に磁気的な異方性を有する強磁性体である請求項2乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機。
- 前記回転子の前記回転軸まわりの回転角度を測定する測定部と、
前記測定部からの信号に基づいて前記巻線に流す電流量を制御する制御部と、
をさらに備える請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機を有する車輌。
