Claims (17)
- 代謝系への酸素供給の程度を計測するための第1の光を検体に照射する光源と、
前記第1の光の反射光または透過光と、前記代謝系による酸素利用の程度に応じて前記検体から発せられる第2の光を受光する光検出器と、
前記第1の光の反射光または透過光の受光量と前記第2の光の受光量に基づいて、前記代謝系への酸素供給と、前記代謝系による酸素利用のバランスに関する指標値を算出する指標値算出部と、
を備える光計測装置。 - 前記光検出器は、前記第1の光の反射光を受光するための第1光検出器と、前記第2の光を受光するための第2光検出器とからなる請求項1に記載の光計測装置。
- 前記第1の光は、前記検体を通過することにより、前記検体に一部吸収されて減弱する波長帯域の光である請求項1または2に記載の光計測装置。
- 前記第1の光は、前記検体に含まれる酸化ヘモグロビンまたは還元ヘモグロビンによって一部吸収されて減弱する波長帯域の光である請求項3に記載の光計測装置。
- 前記第2の光は、前記検体から発せられる蛍光、燐光、またはラマン効果によって発生する光である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の光計測装置。
- 前記第2の光は、前記検体が含む自家蛍光物質が発する蛍光である請求項5に記載の光計測装置。
- 前記第2の光は、ニコチンアミドアデニンジヌクレオチドまたはフレビンアデニンジヌクレオチドによって発生する蛍光である請求項6に記載の光計測装置。
- 前記第2の光は、遺伝子操作により蛍光タンパク質が融合して発現させられた物質が発する蛍光である請求項5に記載の光計測装置。
- 前記光源と前記検体との間に、前記第1の光の波長帯域を絞る分光フィルタを備える請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の光計測装置。
- 前記検体と前記光検出器との間に、前記光検出器が受光する光の波長帯域を絞る分光フィルタを備える請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の光計測装置。
- 前記光源は、前記第2の光を発光させるために、前記検体に励起光を照射する請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の光計測装置。
- 前記光源は、前記第1の光を照射するための第1光源と、前記励起光を照射するための第2光源とを備える請求項11に記載の光計測装置。
- 前記光源と前記検体との間に、前記励起光の波長帯域を絞る分光フィルタを備える請求項11または12に記載の光計測装置。
- 前記光源は、前記第1の光と前記励起光を同時に前記検体に照射する請求項11〜13のいずれか1項に記載の光計測装置。
- 前記光源は、前記第1の光と前記励起光を異なる時刻に前記検体に照射する請求項11〜13のいずれか1項に記載の光計測装置。
- 前記光検出器が出力する受光信号から、計測対象の物質による信号を分離する信号処理部を備える請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の光計測装置。
- 前記指標値算出部は、前記第1の光の反射光または透過光に基づいて前記検体の酸素飽和度を算出し、前記第2の光の受光量に基づいて前記第2の光を発した物質の量を求め、前記酸素飽和度と前記第2の光を発した物質の量の比を前記指標値として算出する請求項1に記載の光計測装置。
