Description
図1は本補修方法の概要を示す図である。本補修方法は、除去工程と、防錆剤塗布工程(図1A参照)と、センサ設置工程(図1B参照)と、埋め戻し工程(図1C参照)と、透明塗料塗布工程(図1D参照)と、データ読取工程(図1E参照)と、劣化危険性判断工程(図1E参照)と、再補修程度決定工程と、再補修工程(図1F参照)とを具備する。
本発明は、劣化が原因で補修した箇所が再度劣化しやすいという技術思想に基づいて、補修箇所にセンサを優先的に設置し、戦略的に点検するものである。これにより、効率的な再補修ができる。
Claims (4)
- 鉄筋コンクリートの劣化した部分のコンクリートを鉄筋が露出する深さまで除去する除去工程と、
前記除去工程で露出させた鉄筋及びその周囲のコンクリートに防錆剤を塗布する防錆剤塗布工程と、
前記除去工程で露出させた鉄筋または鉄筋近傍に鉄筋コンクリート内部環境を検知するセンサを設置するセンサ設置工程と、
前記除去工程で形成されたコンクリートの窪みをポリマーセメントモルタルで埋め戻す埋め戻し工程と、
前記センサ設置工程で設置したセンサのデータを読み取るデータ読取工程と、
前記データ読取工程のデータに基づいて鉄筋コンクリートの劣化危険性を判断する劣化危険性判断工程と、
前記劣化危険性判断工程による劣化危険性に基づいて鉄筋コンクリートの再補修程度を決定する再補修程度決定工程と、
前記再補修程度決定工程で決定した再補修程度に基づいて鉄筋コンクリートの再補修を行う再補修工程
を具備し、
前記防錆剤塗布工程にて塗布される防錆剤は、亜硝酸リチウムや亜硝酸カルシウムを含む亜硝酸塩、タングステン酸又はタングステン酸塩、モリブデン酸又はモリブデン酸塩、クロム酸塩、リン酸塩、ベンゾトリアゾールやトリエタノールアミンを含むアミン、有機リン酸エステル、アルキルフェノールから選ばれる防錆成分を含有し、
前記センサ設置工程において、前記センサの検出部が、前記鉄筋と、コンクリートの深さ方向において表面からの距離(かぶり)が同じ深さの位置又はより浅い位置になるように、センサを設置する
ことを特徴とする鉄筋コンクリートの補修方法。 - 埋め戻したコンクリート表面に透明塗料を塗布する透明塗料塗布工程
を更に具備し、
前記劣化危険性判断工程は、センサーデータと併せてコンクリート表面の外観観察に基づいて鉄筋コンクリートの劣化危険性を判断する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の鉄筋コンクリートの補修方法。 - 前記センサは、少なくとも、腐食センサ、イオンセンサ、歪センサのいずれかを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の鉄筋コンクリートの補修方法。 - 前記腐食センサを鉄筋に設置する場合、
前記防錆剤塗布工程の後に、前記センサ設置工程をおこなう
ことを特徴とする請求項3記載の鉄筋コンクリートの補修方法。
