Description
The present invention relates to a system for cleaning a screen mask of a screen printing apparatus, and more particularly to a system for cleaning the lower surface of a screen mask with a long cleaning sheet.
This type of system is described in, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2 below. These systems include a feeding section, a winding section and a cleaning head. The cleaning sheet is wound in a roll shape and fed out from the feeding portion, pressed against the lower surface of the screen mask by the cleaning head, and moved against the screen mask to wipe off the dirt. The used cleaning sheet is wound up in a roll shape by the winding unit so that the used surface is on the inner peripheral surface side. After all the one side of the cleaning sheet is used, the one-side used cleaning sheet wound up in the winding unit is attached to the feeding unit, and cleaning is performed with the unused one side. Also in this case, the cleaning sheet is wound around the winding portion so that the surface that has been used by cleaning with one unused surface is the inner peripheral surface side. Thereby, the used cleaning sheet on one side is disposed on the cleaning head in a state where the unused surface is the upper surface, and the unused surface can be pressed against the screen mask to wipe off the dirt. For this reason, it is possible to reduce the cleaning cost by using both surfaces of the cleaning sheet without requiring labor as in the case of using the unused surface by rewinding the cleaning sheet that has been used on one side.
The present invention has been made against the background of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to improve the practicality of a system for cleaning a screen mask using both surfaces of a long cleaning sheet.
The above problem is that a cream solder is placed on the upper surface of a screen mask in which a plurality of openings are formed, and the cream solder is moved along the upper surface of the screen mask by a squeegee. A cleaning system provided in a screen printing apparatus for printing on a printing material positioned below the mask, and cleaning the screen mask, (A) (a) a long cleaning sheet is wound into a roll. The first roll is rotatably held and the cleaning sheet is fed out; (b) a winding section that winds the cleaning sheet fed from the feeding section as a second roll; and (c) the feeding section is fed out from the feeding section. The folded cleaning sheet is guided while being folded so that the upper surface of the cleaning sheet faces downward. (D) a state in which the portion of the cleaning sheet that is fed out from the feeding portion toward the folding guide portion is positioned on the lower side, and the portion that is folded back by the folding guide portion toward the winding portion is positioned on the upper side. And a cleaning head that is provided under the double part that is overlapped with each other, presses the double part against the lower surface of the screen mask, and adheres the cream-like solder remaining on the screen mask to the cleaning sheet. If, (B) and the cleaning device and the screen mask, seen including a relative movement device for relatively moving along the lower surface of the screen mask, and, in the direction parallel to the screen mask, the winding unit By being disposed between the feeding portion and the folding guide portion, the cleaning sheet is fed from the feeding portion. There is a single area where the part that is taken out is folded back by the folding guide part of the cleaning sheet and does not overlap with the part toward the winding part, and as a first cleaning head below the single area A second cleaning head different from the cleaning head is provided, and a portion of the cleaning sheet that has passed through the second cleaning head passes below the winding unit and above the first cleaning head. The problem is solved by providing a feeding portion guide device for guiding the return guide portion through the passage route .
For example, paper or cloth can be used as the cleaning sheet.
The folding guide part may be constituted by a roller as a rotating folding guide member, or may be constituted by a non-rotating guide member. The non-rotating guide member is, for example, a columnar member whose cross-sectional shape, which is a cross-sectional shape perpendicular to the axis, is circular or elliptical.
The relative movement device may be a device that moves the screen mask relative to the cleaning device, may be a device that moves the cleaning device relative to the screen mask, or may be a device that moves both.
The first roll may be one in which the cleaning sheet is wound around the sheet winding member, or may not include the sheet winding member. In the former case, the feeding portion may hold the sheet winding member rotatably, and in the latter case, the feeding portion may hold the roll-shaped cleaning sheet so as to be directly rotatable. A member may be provided to hold the first roll rotatably. The same applies to the second roll. However, when the second roll does not include the sheet winding member, the winding unit includes the sheet winding member, and the cleaning sheet is wound into a roll shape.
The cleaning sheet fed from the feeding unit is folded back by the folding guide unit so that the upper surface of the portion that is at least immediately before being folded by the folding guide unit and is long enough to be pushed by the cleaning head is directed downward. . Thereby, the upper surface of the part before folding turns into the lower surface of the part after folding, and becomes an inner surface which mutually opposes in a double part. In addition, the lower surface of the cleaning sheet before folding is turned upward after folding, forming the outer surface of the double part, the cleaning head contacts the outer surface of the part before folding, and the outer surface of the part after folding Press against the cleaning mask.
Therefore, when the cleaning sheet has been used on one side, if the used side is the upper surface of the part before folding, the outer surface of the double part is constituted by the unused surface that is the lower surface of the part before folding. The cleaning head contacts the unused surface, and the unused surface can be pressed against the screen mask to wipe off the dirt. Therefore, the effect of preventing the portion of the cleaning head that contacts the cleaning sheet from being contaminated can be obtained.
When the cleaning head is a suction type cleaning head that presses the double part of the cleaning sheet against the lower surface of the screen mask and sucks air through the double part, the cream solder in the opening of the screen mask is also good. However, if the cleaning head sucks air in a state where it is in direct contact with the used surface of the cleaning sheet, the creamy solder adhering to the used surface is also sucked together with the air. While the inside of the cleaning head is soiled and clogs the cleaning head when it is severe, according to the present invention, such a situation is well prevented, and it is particularly desirable that the cleaning head be a suction type.
In any case, according to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a system that can be easily and inexpensively cleaned using both surfaces of the cleaning sheet while avoiding contamination of the cleaning head.
The screen mask cleaning system of the present invention includes a first cleaning head and a second cleaning head, and the cleaning is performed without changing the first roll and the second roll between the feeding portion and the winding portion. Both sides of the sheet can be used for cleaning.

As shown in FIG. 3, the cleaning
A
In this embodiment, the
The
The
As shown in FIG. 4, the other positioning roller 182 forming a pair is attached to one end of a
As shown in FIG. 5, a
As shown in FIG. 4, the winding
As shown in FIG. 5, the
As shown in FIG. 4, the cleaning device
As described above, in the

As shown in FIG. 4, a suction type cleaning head 250 (hereinafter, abbreviated as a cleaning head 250) as a cleaning head is provided below the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
When the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
When cleaning the
During cleaning, a tensile force acts on the
After wiping, the pressing
If the wiping of the
If the entire surface of the
This outer peripheral surface is a used surface, and the used surface is folded back by the
Another embodiment of the claimable invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 8, the
The
The
In the
When the
When cleaning is performed using the
When the
Thus, according to the
In addition, after winding up the used cleaning sheet on one side and attaching it to the feeding part and using the unused one side after using all of one side, the one-sided used roll has its used side as the upper surface and the folding guide part It is only necessary to feed out from the feeding portion so as to be folded back. Therefore, for example, as in the
Further, like the
Further, although not shown in the drawings, during cleaning with a sheet that is not used on both sides, the outer peripheral surface of the roll-shaped sheet is turned up by the turn-back guide roller at the feeding portion, and the used surface becomes the inner peripheral surface. Similarly, when the single-sided used paper is wound up at the portion, the single-sided used paper is fed out from the feeding unit so that the inner peripheral surface which is the used surface is folded back as an upper surface, contrary to when both sides are not used. Is done.
In a cleaning system having a
As shown in FIG. 12A, the unused double-
After the use of one side of the
The sheet guidance is not limited to the roller, and may be guided by a non-rotating guide member. For example, the non-rotating guide member may be a columnar member having a circular or elliptical cross-sectional shape, or may be a plate-like longitudinal member.
The frictional force between the mask and the cleaning sheet depends on the shape, dimensions and arrangement of the mask opening, the material and thickness of the cleaning sheet, etc. For example, a mask and a cleaning device are fed out to the cleaning sheet if there is a risk that the cleaning sheet may be fed out from the feeding unit due to a tensile force acting on the cleaning sheet. It is only necessary to perform the relative movement only in the direction in which the tensile force in the feeding direction from the portion does not act, and to perform cleaning only by the relative movement in one direction. Alternatively, a brake may be provided in the feeding portion to prevent the cleaning sheet from being fed from the feeding portion when the mask and the cleaning device are moved relative to each other. A device that rotationally drives the roll may also be provided in the feeding portion, and an actuator such as an electric motor that constitutes the drive source may be used as a brake. If a brake is provided at the feeding portion, it is not necessary to provide a restriction on the relative movement direction of the mask and the cleaning device. Therefore, even in a cleaning system having two cleaning heads, if a brake is provided in the feeding portion, the two cleaning heads can be reciprocated without setting the relative movement direction between the mask and the cleaning device in use. Cleaning can be performed.
