Claims (3)
- 基材表面に直接形成された凹凸構造部を有し、前記凹凸構造部の表面をなすプラトー構造表面に、微小の凹部と凸部とが交互に所定ピッチで配設されて、凸部頂点が非平坦面となって連続的に高さが変化するグレーティング状の周期構造が形成され、前記周期構造の表面に、周期構造の凸部及び凹部よりも微小な100nm以下の粗さが内包されたことを特徴とする撥水面構造。
- 前記凹凸構造部の凸部の最小幅が100μm以下、かつ、前記グレーティング状の周期構造のピッチの2倍以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の撥水面構造。
- 前記凹凸構造部および前記グレーティング状の周期構造上に、平滑面における水の接触角が100°以上、かつ、厚さが20nm以下となる撥水剤をコーティングしたことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の撥水面構造。
