Description
軌道溝を有する内輪と、
軌道溝を内周側に有する一方、調心を行うための調心面を外周側に有する外輪と、
上記内輪の軌道溝と、上記外輪の軌道溝との間に配置されるセラミック製の玉と、
上記外輪の径方向の外方側に配置されると共に、調心を行うための調心面を内周側に有する調心輪と
を備え、
ホウ酸と、ヨウ化カリウムとを含む水溶液中に配置されるようになっており、
上記外輪および内輪の夫々は、炭素を、0.28重量%以上0.33重量%以下含有すると共に、窒素を、0.35重量%以上0.40重量%以下含有するステンレス鋼からなり、
上記外輪および上記内輪の夫々には、焼入れと、焼戻しとが施されていることを特徴としている。
ラジアル内部すきまが、2005年11月末日における日本工業規格のC4に規定されている深溝玉軸受の最小値のラジアル内部すきまの値以上である。
このことから、炭素の重量%を、0.28重量%以上0.33重量%以下という格段に狭い領域に制限し、これに加えて、窒素を、0.35重量%以上0.40重量%以下という格段に狭い領域に制限すると、耐摩耗性と、耐食性の両方が、良好な軸受を実現できることが確認できた。

Claims (2)
- 軌道溝を有する内輪と、
軌道溝を内周側に有する一方、調心を行うための調心面を外周側に有する外輪と、
上記内輪の軌道溝と、上記外輪の軌道溝との間に配置されるセラミック製の玉と、
上記外輪の径方向の外方側に配置されると共に、調心を行うための調心面を内周側に有する調心輪とを備え、
液晶フィルム製造装置における、ホウ酸と、ヨウ化カリウムとを含む水溶液中に配置されるようになっており、
上記外輪および内輪の夫々は、炭素を、0.28重量%以上0.33重量%以下含有すると共に、窒素を、0.35重量%以上0.40重量%以下含有するステンレス鋼からなり、
上記外輪および上記内輪の夫々には、焼入れと、焼戻しとが施されていることを特徴とする液晶フィルム製造装置にて使用する調心輪付き玉軸受。 - 請求項1に記載の調心輪付き玉軸受において、
ラジアル内部すきまが、2005年11月末日における日本工業規格のC4に規定されている深溝玉軸受の最小値のラジアル内部すきまの値以上であることを特徴とする調心輪
付き玉軸受。
