Claims (3)
- ハブとブレードから成る風車ロータと、該風車ロータに前記ハブに接続されたシャフトを介して接続され、前記風車ロータの回転エネルギを前記シャフトを介して伝達されて作動油の圧カエネルギに変換する油圧ポンプと、該油圧ポンプを少なくとも収納し、前記シャフトを介して前記風車ロータを軸支するナセルと、該ナセルを頂部に支持し、その頂部とは反対側が基礎に固定されているタワーと、該タワー内の基礎上に設置された油圧モータと、該油圧モータに前記油圧ポンプから作動油を供給して循環させる油圧配管と、前記油圧ポンプからの作動油が供給された前記油圧モータで回転エネルギに変換されて駆動される発電機と、前記ナセルと前記タワーの間に設置されると共に、前記油圧モータと前記油圧ポンプの間で前記作動油を循環させるために少なくも2系統の油圧回路が形成され、それぞれの前記油圧回路に前記油圧配管が接続されているスイベルジョイントとを備え、
前記スイベルジョイントは、筒状のハウジングと、該ハウジングの内部に回転自在に挿嵌されたロータとを備え、前記ハウジングの内周面と前記ロータの外周面とにそれぞれ独立した2つの環状油室が形成されていると共に、前記ロータは、その端面からそれぞれの前記環状油室に通じる2系統のロータ内流路を有し、かつ、前記ハウジングは、該ハウジングの外周面から内周面のそれぞれの前記環状油室まで貫通する2系統のハウジング内流路を有し、前記2系統のロータ内流路のそれぞれの前記環状油室に面した各開口部には、前記それぞれの環状油室内に突出するガイドベーンが設置されて構成され、
前記ハウジング内流路は、前記ハウジングの半径方向に対し、前記環状油室を旋回する作動油の流れの方向に傾斜し、かつ、前記ガイドベーンは、前記ロータ内流路から前記環状油室に流入する作動油の流れを1方向に旋回する流れに整流するように傾斜して形成されていると共に、前記環状油室を流れる前記作動油の流れ方向に曲がつた曲面状に形成され、
前記2系統のロータ内流路のそれぞれの前記環状油室に面した各開口部に設置された前記ガイドベーンは、その傾斜方向が互いに逆向きであることを特徴とする風力発電設備。 - 請求項1に記載の風力発電設備において、
前記油圧ポンプからの作動油は、前記スイベルジョイントのロータ内流路に第1の油圧配管を介して供給され、前記ロータ内流路から環状油室を経由して前記スイベルジョイントのハウジング内流路に導かれた作動油は、第2の油圧配管を介して前記油圧モータに供給されることを特徴とする風力発電設備。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の風力発電設備において、
前記スイベルジョイントのハウジングは、前記タワーに固定され、かつ、前記スイベルジョイントのロータは、前記ナセルに該ナセルと共に回転可能に支持されていることを特徴とする風力発電設備。
