Claims (13)
- 実装機(50)用のベルトコンベア(10)であって、少なくとも、ベルト(11)伝動用の、回転可能に取り付けられたピンホイール(12)と、少なくとも一つの歯車(16)を有する前記ピンホイール(12)駆動用の駆動装置(14)と、前記ピンホイール(12)の回転位置を決定するための位置決定装置(20)と、を有し、前記位置決定装置(20)が少なくとも一つの磁気抵抗センサ配列(31)を持つ第1センサ装置(30)を有するベルトコンベア(10)において、
前記第1センサ装置(30)が、前記駆動装置(14)の前記少なくとも一つの歯車(16)に割り当てられていて、前記少なくとも一つの歯車(16)の回転運動を測定するよう構成されており、
前記駆動装置(14)の前記少なくとも一つの歯車(16)が、前記ピンホイール(12)に材料結合的に接続されていることを特徴とするベルトコンベア。 - 前記駆動装置(14)の前記少なくとも一つの歯車(16)が、前記ピンホイール(12)に溶接されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のベルトコンベア。
- 前記第1センサ装置(30)が、半径方向において前記少なくとも一つの歯車(16)に割り当てられるように前記少なくとも一つの歯車(16)に関して配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のベルトコンベア。
- 前記少なくとも一つの磁気抵抗センサ配列(31)が、GMR効果により発生した電気抵抗の変化を測定するために構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のベルトコンベア。
- 前記第1センサ装置(30)が、互いに捻回させて配置された2つの磁気抵抗センサ配列(31)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のベルトコンベア。
- 実装機(50)用のベルトコンベア(10)であって、少なくとも、ベルト(11)伝動用の、回転可能に取り付けられたピンホイール(12)と、少なくとも一つの歯車(16)を有する前記ピンホイール(12)駆動用の駆動装置(14)と、前記ピンホイール(12)の回転位置を決定するための位置決定装置(20)と、を有し、前記位置決定装置(20)が少なくとも一つの磁気抵抗センサ配列(31)を持つ第1センサ装置(30)を有するベルトコンベア(10)において、
前記第1センサ装置(30)が、前記駆動装置(14)の前記少なくとも一つの歯車(16)に割り当てられていて、前記少なくとも一つの歯車(16)の回転運動を測定するよう構成されており、
前記第1センサ装置(30)が、少なくとも一つの縁(34)を持つ少なくとも一つの基板(33)を有しており、前記少なくとも一つの磁気抵抗センサ配列(31)が、前記少なくとも一つの縁(34)から所定距離(35)だけ離れて前記基板(33)上に配置されており、また、前記所定距離(35)の正確度が、0.150mmより小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のベルトコンベア。 - 前記駆動装置(14)が、少なくとも一つの受け面(17)を有していて、前記第1センサ装置(30)が、前記基板(33)の前記少なくとも一つの縁(34)が前記少なくとも一つの受け面(17)に接触するように、とりわけ前記基板(33)の前記少なくとも一つの縁(34)が前記少なくとも一つの受け面(17)に押し付けられるように、配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のベルトコンベア。
- 前記位置決定装置(20)が、前記駆動装置(14)の前記少なくとも一つの歯車(16)及び/又は前記ピンホイール(12)の完全な一回転を認識するための第2センサ装置(40)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のベルトコンベア。
- 前記第2センサ装置(40)が、光センサ(41)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のベルトコンベア。
- 少なくとも一つのベルトコンベア(10)を有する実装機(50)であって、該ベルトコンベア(10)が、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のベルトコンベアであることを特徴とする実装機。
- 前記第1センサ装置(30)が、互いに45°で捻回させて配置された2つの磁気抵抗センサ配列(31)を有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のベルトコンベア。
- 前記所定距離(35)の正確度が、0.050mmより小さいことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のベルトコンベア。
- 前記第2センサ装置(40)が、反射光バリア(42)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のベルトコンベア。
