前記第2シャフト部材を回転可能に保持し、前記第2シャフト部材の回転中心を規定する回転ガイド部材と、
前記回転ガイド部材を介して前記第2シャフト部材に対向し、前記第2シャフト部材の回転角に応じて変化する磁束を検出する検出素子とを含み、
前記第2シャフト部材及び前記回転ガイド部材の一方は、他方との接触面に、軸方向に視て円形に形成される案内溝を有し、前記他方は、前記一方との接触面に、軸方向に視て同円形に形成され前記案内溝に嵌る突起を有し、
前記案内溝内で前記突起は、クリアランスを有する、回転角センサが提供される。

Claims (3)
- 入力回転軸に対して垂直な第1方向の遊びを前記入力回転軸が有する態様で前記入力回転軸を保持し、前記入力回転軸と共に回転する第1シャフト部材と、
前記入力回転軸及び前記第1方向に垂直な第2方向に遊びを有する態様で第1シャフト部材を保持し、第1シャフト部材と共に回転し、磁束を発生する第2シャフト部材と、
前記第2シャフト部材を回転可能に保持し、前記第2シャフト部材の回転中心を規定する回転ガイド部材と、
前記回転ガイド部材を介して前記第2シャフト部材に対向し、前記第2シャフト部材の回転角に応じて変化する磁束を検出する検出素子とを含み、
前記第2シャフト部材及び前記回転ガイド部材の一方は、他方との接触面に、軸方向に視て円形に形成される案内溝を有し、前記他方は、前記一方との接触面に、軸方向に視て同円形に形成され前記案内溝に嵌る突起を有し、
前記案内溝内で前記突起は、クリアランスを有する、回転角センサ。 - 前記回転ガイド部材は、前記第2シャフト部材の回転中心が前記検出素子の検出軸に一致する態様で前記第2シャフト部材の回転をガイドする、請求項1に記載の回転角センサ。
- 前記第1シャフト部材と前記第2シャフト部材とは、オルダム継手を形成する、請求項1〜2のうちのいずれか1項に記載の回転角センサ。
