Claims (2)
- 横振動と、回転要素(52)を有するロータダイナミックシステムに関連した角振動との両方を測定するための方法であって、
前記回転要素(52)上の単一の位相基準マーク(24)が回転して、検出装置に関連した検出ゾーンを通るときに、前記位相基準マーク(24)の通過を検出するステップと、
前記位相基準マーク(24)と区別可能な回転要素(52)上の複数の追加マーク(32)が回転して前記検出ゾーンを通るときに、前記追加マーク(32)の通過を検出するステップと、
前記位相基準マーク(24)の前記検出に基づき位相基準信号(34)を発生し、前記位相基準信号(34)を使用して前記横振動の位相を測定するステップと、
前記追加マーク(32)の前記検出に基づき振動基準信号(38)を発生し、前記振動基準信号(38)を使用して前記角振動を測定するステップと、
測定された前記角振動の振幅部に補正係数を適用して、測定された前記角振動の振幅を補正するステップと、
を含み、
前記補正係数は、既知の周波数および振幅を有する角振動を使用したシミュレーションにより求められる、
方法。 - 前記位相基準マーク(24)の前記回転要素(22)上の深さ(54)が、前記追加マーク(32)の深さとは異なる、請求項1に記載の方法。
