配管シール用フッ素樹脂製ガスケットとして、外径74mm、内径35mm、厚さ1.5mmを有し、200℃の温度での面圧35MPaにおける圧縮率が10%であるフッ素樹脂製シートガスケット(実施例1)、200℃の温度での面圧35MPaにおける圧縮率が14%であるフッ素樹脂製シートガスケット(実施例2)、200℃の温度での面圧35MPaにおける圧縮率が16%であるフッ素樹脂製シートガスケット(比較例1)、200℃の温度での面圧35MPaにおける圧縮率が20%であるフッ素樹脂製シートガスケット(比較例2)または200℃の温度での面圧35MPaにおける圧縮率が30%であるフッ素樹脂製シートガスケット(比較例3)を用いた。

Claims (1)
- 配管同士の接続部をシールするために用いられる配管シール用フッ素樹脂製ガスケットの高温時における面圧保持性を評価する方法であって、200℃の温度で面圧35MPaの締め付け圧における圧縮率が15%以下であることを基準として配管シール用フッ素樹脂製ガスケットの高温時における面圧保持性を評価することを特徴とする配管シール用フッ素樹脂製ガスケットの高温時における面圧保持性の評価方法。
