Description
特許文献2:日本特開平7−323727号公報
以下、板状体がガラス板である樹脂枠体付き板状体について説明するが、板状体がガラス板であるので、このタイプのものを樹脂枠体付きガラス板と称する。なお、板状体が、合成樹脂製板状体である場合には、ガラス板を合成樹脂製板状体と置き換えて説明できる。
また、肉厚部16の長さは、少なくとも前述の樹脂枠体に内接する内接円の直径が7mm以上の中実の厚さを有することが可能な長さ以上であればよい。例えば、ガラス板12の一辺の長さにおいて、肉厚部16の長さは、10mm以上であることが好ましく、これにより、押圧手段による合成樹脂材料24の押圧力が意匠面まで伝わり易くなる。その結果、射出成形時の合成樹脂材料をキャビティ空間の隅まで充填することができ、表面の欠陥が生じない外観のよい中実肉厚部16を備えることが容易になる。
また、ガラス板12の一辺において、肉厚部16と非肉厚部18とを有する樹脂枠体を形成した場合、その一辺の長さ方向において、非肉厚部18と肉厚部16の肉厚を20mm以内で変化させることにより肉厚部16を突設してもよく、さらに好ましくは10mm以内で変化させてもよい。ここにおいて、肉厚20mm以内に変化させるとは、肉厚部16の最も厚い部分の肉厚の厚さと、肉厚部と隣接する非肉厚部の肉厚の厚さの差が20mm以内になるように変化させることをいう。
また、肉厚部18は、ガラス板12の一辺と平行な方向においてガラス板12の面との角度αが60°以上の傾斜面を備えてもよく、70°以上の傾斜面を備えてもよい。
また、押圧手段である空気圧縮で噴射するノズル38の位置は、非意匠面であれば図5のように樹脂枠体14の側方に限定されず、樹脂枠体14の下方(例えば図5の金型32側)や斜め側方(例えば図5の金型30側)でもよい。さらに、ノズル38は一つでも、複数でもよく、樹脂枠体14の形状や、肉厚部16の位置及び長さ等により適宜変更することが可能である。

Claims (9)
- 車両窓用ガラス板である板状体の周縁部に樹脂枠体が射出成形によって一体成形されてなる樹脂枠体付き板状体において、
前記樹脂枠体は、該樹脂枠体の厚さ方向において直径が最大となる内接円を引いたとき、前記内接円の直径が7mm以上となる厚さを有する中実の肉厚部と、該樹脂枠体付き板状体が車両に組付けられた状態に外観意匠として視認可能な範囲である意匠面と、車両に組付けられた状態で他の部材で隠れて直接視認できない非意匠面とを有し、
前記肉厚部の前記非意匠面側の少なくとも一部には押圧痕を有することを特徴とする樹脂枠体付き板状体。 - 前記樹脂枠体の前記肉厚部は、前記板状体の少なくとも一辺の縁部に備えられている請求項1に記載の樹脂枠体付き板状体。
- 前記板状体の前記一辺に備えられた前記樹脂枠体は、該一辺の長さにおいて50%以下が肉厚部で構成されている請求項2に記載の樹脂枠体付き板状体。
- 前記板状体の前記一辺に備えられた前記樹脂枠体は、該一辺と平行な方向において、前記樹脂枠体に内接する内接円の直径が7mm未満の中実の非肉厚部と、該非肉厚部から肉厚を変化させた前記肉厚部とを備え、前記非肉厚部に内接する内接円の直径に対する、前記肉厚部に内接する内接円の直径の比率が2よりも大きい請求項2に記載の樹脂枠体付き板状体。
- 前記樹脂枠体の一辺の長さ方向において、前記非肉厚部と前記肉厚部の肉厚を20mm以内で変化させる請求項4に記載の樹脂枠体付き板状体。
- 前記板状体の前記一辺に備えられた前記樹脂枠体の前記肉厚部は、該一辺と平行な方向において、前記板状体の面との角度αが60°以上の傾斜面を備える請求項2〜5のいずれかに記載の樹脂枠体付き板状体。
- 車両窓用ガラス板である板状体の周縁部近傍を成形型で挟持して、該成形型の内面と前記板状体の周縁部との間にキャビティ空間を形成し、該キャビティ空間に合成樹脂材料を射出して、前記合成樹脂材料を固化させた後に前記成形型を開放して、樹脂枠体が前記板状体に一体に成形された樹脂枠体付き板状体を製造する樹脂枠体付き板状体の製造方法において、
前記キャビティ空間で固化される前記樹脂枠体が、該樹脂枠体の厚さ方向において直径が最大となる内接円を引いたとき、前記内接円の直径が7mm以上の中実の肉厚部を備えるように前記キャビティ空間の容積を設定し、
前記キャビティ空間を形成する前記成形型の内面に意匠面と非意匠面とを備え、
前記キャビティ空間に射出された前記合成樹脂材料が固化する前に、前記非意匠面側から前記キャビティ空間の合成樹脂材料を、前記肉厚部の前記非意匠面の少なくとも一部を押圧する押圧手段によって前記意匠面に向けて押圧することによって、前記樹脂枠体に内接する前記内接円の直径が7mm以上の中実であり、非意匠面側の少なくとも一部には押圧痕を有する前記肉厚部を有する前記樹脂枠体を形成することを特徴とする樹脂枠体付き板状体の製造方法。 - 前記押圧手段は、圧縮空気である請求項7に記載の樹脂枠体付き板状体の製造方法。
- 前記押圧手段は、押圧部材である請求項7または8に記載の樹脂枠体付き板状体の製造方法。
