Claims (15)
- 光透過性管状部材、
前記管状部材内に配設される発光アセンブリ、及び
前記管状部材の表面に配設され、第1の波長範囲の光を第2の波長範囲の光に変換するよう構成される波長コンバータ
を有する照明装置用のフィラメントであって、
前記発光アセンブリは、複数の固体光源及びリードフレームの部分を有し、前記固体光源及び前記リードフレームの部分は、接続された固体光源及びリードフレームの部分のストリングを形成するよう交互に配設される、フィラメントであり、
前記複数の固体光源のうちの少なくとも一部が、前記リードフレームのそれぞれの側に交互に配設される、フィラメント。 - 前記管状部材は、ガラスから形成される、請求項1に記載のフィラメント。
- 前記管状部材は、シリコンから形成される、請求項1に記載のフィラメント。
- 前記管状部材は、3.3mm以下の外径、好ましくは、2.4mm以下の外径、より好ましくは、1.5mm以下の外径を持つ、請求項1、2又は3に記載のフィラメント。
- 前記管状部材は、シリコンが封入されている、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載のフィラメント。
- 当該フィラメントは、前記管状部材の内側を封止するための前記管状部材の一端に配設される第1の封止キャップ及び前記管状部材の他端に配設される第2の封止キャップを有し、前記波長コンバータは、封止された前記管状部材の内側に配設される、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載のフィラメント。
- 前記波長コンバータは、有機蛍光体である、請求項6に記載のフィラメント。
- 前記固体光源は、前記リードフレームのそれぞれの側に交互に配設される、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載のフィラメント。
- 前記固体光源は、前記リードフレームの部分上で互いに反対を向く対で配設される、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載のフィラメント。
- 前記固体光源は、発光ダイオード又は発光ダイオードダイである、請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載のフィラメント。
- バルブ部及び配電網に電気的に接続可能な口金部を有する照明装置ハウジング、及び
請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載のフィラメントであって、前記バルブ部内の接続構造により前記口金部に電気的及び機械的に接続される、フィラメント
を有し、
前記照明装置ハウジングは封止されている、照明装置。 - 前記バルブ部は、ヘリウムが封入されている、請求項11に記載の照明装置。
- 相互接続要素及び複数の固体光源を設けるステップ、
前記相互接続要素及び前記固体光源を交互に配設してストリングを形成するステップ、
前記ストリングを光透過性管状部材内に配置するステップ、及び
前記管状部材の表面に波長コンバータを配設するステップ
を有する、フィラメントを製造する方法であって、
前記相互接続要素及び前記複数の固体光源を設けるステップ及び前記相互接続要素及び前記固体光源を交互に配設してストリングを形成するステップは、
リードフレームをレーザカッティングするステップ、
前記リードフレームに粘着性フラックスを塗布するステップ、
前記固体光源を前記リードフレームに配設するステップ、
前記固体光源を前記リードフレームに固定するため、前記リードフレーム及び前記固体光源をリフローはんだ付けするステップ、及び
前記リードフレームを支持体から又は隣接するリードフレームから分離するステップ、
を有し、前記複数の固体光源のうちの少なくとも一部が、前記リードフレームのそれぞれの側に交互に配設される、方法。 - バルブ部及び配電網に電気的に接続可能な口金部を有する照明装置ハウジングを設けるステップ、
請求項13に記載の方法により製造されたフィラメントを前記バルブ部内に配設し、接続構造により接続するステップ、及び
前記照明装置ハウジングを封止するステップ、
を有する、照明装置を製造する方法。 - 封止に先立ち前記照明装置ハウジングにヘリウムを封入するステップを有する、請求項14に記載の照明装置を製造する方法。
