Description
Claims (14)

前記細長部材は、少なくとも部分的にフレキシブルな担体であって、第1の側面と前記第1の側面の反対側の第2の側面とを有する前記担体を含み、前記少なくとも1つの発光要素は、前記担体の第1の部分上で、前記担体の前記第1の側面に結合され、前記担体は、前記担体の前記第1の部分の前記第2の側面が、前記担体の第2の部分の前記第2の側面に少なくとも部分的に面するように構成され、よって、前記担体の前記第1の部分の前記第1の側面が、前記細長部材の前記内表面を少なくとも部分的に構成する、照明モジュール。 - 前記担体は、前記担体の前記第1の部分が、前記担体の前記第2の部分に折り重ねられ、よって、前記担体の前記第1の部分の前記第2の側面が、前記担体の前記第2の部分の前記第2の側面に少なくとも部分的に面するように構成される、請求項1に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記折り重なり部分は、前記細長部材の長手軸と平行の延長部を有する、請求項2に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記折り重なり部分は、前記細長部材の長手軸に垂直の平面内に延長部を有する、請求項2又は3に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記細長部材は、前記担体の丸められた構成を含む、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記担体は、フレキシブルフォイルを含む、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記細長部材は、少なくとも1つの発光要素と結合する外表面を含み、前記担体の前記第2の部分の前記第1の側面は、前記細長部材の前記外表面を少なくとも部分的に構成する、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記担体の前記第1の部分は、前記担体の前記第2の部分よりも小さい、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の照明モジュール。
- 照明モジュールを製造する方法であって、前記照明モジュールは、細長部材内の導光領域の範囲を少なくとも部分的に定める内表面を有する前記細長部材を含み、前記細長部材は、第1の端及び第2の端を有し、光は、前記第1の端及び前記第2の端の少なくとも1つを介して、前記導光領域から出力可能であり、前記導光領域は、前記導光領域内、また、前記第1の端及び前記第2の端それぞれに入り及び出る流体の通過を可能にし、前記細長部材は、少なくとも部分的にフレキシブルである担体であって、第1の側面と前記第1の側面の反対側の第2の側面とを有する前記担体を含み、
前記方法は、
発光する少なくとも1つの発光要素を、前記担体の第1の部分上で、前記担体の第1の側面に結合するステップと、
前記細長部材を形成するように、前記担体を構成するステップと、
前記担体の前記第1の部分の前記第2の側面が、前記担体の第2の部分の前記第2の側面に少なくとも部分的に面するように、前記担体を構成し、よって、前記担体の前記第1の部分の前記第1の側面が、前記細長部材の前記内表面を少なくとも部分的に構成するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記細長部材を形成するように、前記担体を構成する前記ステップは、前記担体の丸められた構成を形成するように、前記担体を丸めることによって前記細長部材を形成するステップを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記担体の前記第1の部分の前記第2の側面が、前記担体の第2の部分の前記第2の側面に少なくとも部分的に面するように、前記担体を構成する前記ステップは、前記担体の前記第1の部分を、前記担体の前記第2の部分上に折り重ねるステップを含む、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- 前記担体の前記第1の部分の前記第2の側面が、前記担体の第2の部分の前記第2の側面に少なくとも部分的に面するように、前記担体を構成する前記ステップは、前記細長部材を形成するように前記担体を構成する前記ステップの前に行われる、請求項10又は11に記載の方法。
- 前記担体の前記第1の部分の前記第2の側面が、前記担体の第2の部分の前記第2の側面に少なくとも部分的に面するように、前記担体を構成する前記ステップは、前記細長部材を形成するように前記担体を構成する前記ステップの後に行われる、請求項10又は11に記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の照明モジュールと、
前記照明モジュールを少なくとも部分的に取り囲む光透過性外囲器と、
