Claims (11)
- ストリッピング部分(S)と、精留部分(R)と、これらストリッピング部分(S)と精留部分(R)との間にあるコンプレッサ(2)と、前記ストリッピング部分(S)と前記精留部分(R)との間で熱を伝達するための熱交換アセンブリと、中での凝縮と蒸発とのための物質移動アセンブリとを具備する、混合流体中の成分を分離するための熱交換型蒸留塔において、
前記ストリッピング部分(S)、前記精留部分(R)、もしくはこれらストリッピング部分(S)と精留部分(R)とは、2つ以上の近接したチャンネルアセンブリ(6)によって形成され、前記混合流体が通るチャンネルを有しており、各チャンネルアセンブリ(6)は、熱交換型蒸留塔の構造部分と、前記熱交換アセンブリと前記物質移動アセンブリとの機能部分とを形成しており、
前記チャンネルアセンブリ(6)は、プレート(8)と、波の方向を有する2つ以上の波形状のプレート(7)の形態の構造化されたパッキングとを有しており、
前記チャンネルアセンブリ(6)中の前記2つ以上の波形状のプレート(7)は、互いに向かい合っており、これら向かい合っている波形状のプレート(7)の波の方向は、互いに交差している、熱交換型蒸留塔。 - 前記チャンネルアセンブリ(6)は、熱伝達材料によって形成されている複数の構成部材を具備し、これら構成部材の1つが、前記2つ以上のプレート(7)であり、前記熱伝達材料の表面での凝縮を可能にするか、前記熱伝達材料の表面からの蒸発を可能にするように形成されている、請求項1に記載の熱交換型蒸留塔。
- 前記チャンネルアセンブリ(6)は、1500kg/m3未満の質量を有している、請求項1又は2に記載の熱交換型蒸留塔。
- 前記構造化されたパッキングは、前記熱交換型蒸留塔の長手方向に沿って配置されている少なくとも2つの一連の前記波形状のプレート(7a、7b)を有し、波形状のプレート(7a、7b)は、異なる波の方向(θ、−θ)を有している、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1に記載の熱交換型蒸留塔。
- 前記異なる波の方向(θ、−θ)は、前記長手方向に対して対称である、請求項4に記載の熱交換型蒸留塔。
- 前記異なる波の方向(θ、−θ)は、前記長手方向に対して、15°より大きい角度で傾斜している、請求項5に記載の熱交換型蒸留塔。
- 前記波形状のプレート(7)の各々は、複数の凹み及び/もしくは穿孔部が設けられている材料から成る、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1に記載の熱交換型蒸留塔。
- 接触シート(19)が、2つの近接したチャンネルアセンブリ(6)の間に設けられている、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1に記載の熱交換型蒸留塔。
- 前記2つ以上のチャンネルアセンブリ(6)は、前記熱交換型蒸留塔の長手方向に沿って、平行に配置されるように設けられている、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1に記載の熱交換型蒸留塔。
- 前記ストリッピング部分(S)と前記精留部分(R)との一方は、同心に配置されている円筒形状の前記2つ以上のチャンネルアセンブリ(6)を有し、前記2つ以上の隣接した円筒形状のチャンネルアセンブリ(6)間の空間が、前記ストリッピング部分(S)と前記精留部分(R)との他方を形成している、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1に記載の熱交換型蒸留塔。
- 前記精留部分(R)と前記ストリッピング部分(S)とを囲んでいる外周ハウジング(17)を更に具備する、請求項9又は10に記載の熱交換型蒸留塔。
