分配管内の摩擦抵抗:
DP管=λ2 (L/D) ρu2/2
DPノズルがDP管より大きい場合、ノズル流量の最適化を実現することができる。
Claims (6)
- 分配管を含み、前記分配管はその長手方向において第一端と第二端が限定されており、そのうち前記分配管には前記長手方向に沿って複数のノズルが設けられ、各ノズルが所定の長さを有し且つ貫通穴が形成されており、前記貫通穴は分配管のキャビティとヘッダーのキャビティとを連通させ、
前記貫通穴はノズルの径方向から離れた方向に沿って延伸する第一貫通穴部とノズルの軸方向に沿って延伸する第二貫通穴部とを含み、前記第二貫通穴部の内端が前記分配管のキャビティに連通され、前記第二貫通穴部の外端が閉塞され、前記第一貫通穴部が第二貫通穴部をヘッダーのキャビティに連通させ、
前記第一貫通穴部は複数であり、前記複数の第一貫通穴部は第二貫通穴部の周方向に沿って配置されていることを特徴とする冷媒分配装置。 - 前記第一貫通穴部の軸方向はノズルの径方向から離れていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷媒分配装置。
- 各ノズルの内端が所定距離だけ前記分配管のキャビティ内に伸びていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の冷媒分配装置。
- 前記ノズルの内端に折り曲げ部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の冷媒分配装置。
- 各ノズルの内端は前記分配管の内壁又は外壁と面一であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の冷媒分配装置。
- 入口ヘッダーと、出口ヘッダーと、複数の熱交換管と、複数のフィンと、冷媒分配装置とを含む熱交換器であって、
前記熱交換管の両端は入口ヘッダーと出口ヘッダーとを連通するようにそれぞれ入口ヘッダーと出口ヘッダーとに接続され、
前記複数のフィンはそれぞれ隣り合う熱交換管の間に設けられ、
前記冷媒分配装置は前記入口ヘッダー内に挿入され、且つ前記冷媒分配装置は請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の冷媒分配装置であることを特徴とする熱交換器。
