Claims (11)
- 萎縮した膀胱(200)の拡張、または膀胱の大部分の置換のために、事前の細胞被覆なしで使用する準備ができている、円形の外形を有する自立型のドーム型キャップ(100)の形態の、委縮した膀胱の拡張人工器官において、患者の内部に上記キャップ(100)を挿入した後の組織再建の工程で生成される自己線維性被膜を成長させることによって、後に上記キャップ(100)の被覆が行われる、委縮した膀胱の拡張人工器官であって、
PGA繊維から得られるマルチフィラメントまたはモノフィラメントの糸によって生成され、好ましくは織られた吸収性テキスタイル(1)によって形成され、
上記吸収性テキスタイル(1)は、円形の平面外形を有し、
上記吸収性テキスタイル(1)は、無孔であり、熱成形され、柔軟性および調和性を持ち、剛性を有する、ドーム型の外形の自立型のフレームであって、PGA/PLAからなる吸収性コポリマーによって形成され、湾曲し、熱成形された複数の補強ストリップ(3)から形成されるフレームによって支持され、
各上記ストリップは、フレームの頂上から下方へ向かう円弧の一部分を形成し、実質的に剛性を有しながらも弾性を有し、上記フレームがドーム型構造を取ることを可能にする僅かな湾曲を有していることを特徴とする、委縮した膀胱の拡張人工器官。 - 上記フレームは、吸収性縫合糸によって、好ましくは、例えば吸収性MONOTIME(登録商標)のように低速で吸収するポリジオキサノン(PDO)のモノフィラメントによって、上記テキスタイル(1)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の委縮した膀胱の拡張人工器官。
- 上記テキスタイル(1)の厚さは、0.1mmから2cmの間であり、好ましくは0.3〜0.6mmであり、より好ましくは0.4〜0.53mmであり、さらに好ましくは0.45mmであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の委縮した膀胱の拡張人工器官。
- 上記テキスタイル(1)の糸は、50から200デニールの間のサイズを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の委縮した膀胱の拡張人工器官。
- 上記テキスタイル(1)の糸は、75デニール/30フィラメントであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の委縮した膀胱の拡張人工器官。
- 上記テキスタイル(1)は、経編されたテキスタイルであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の委縮した膀胱の拡張人工器官。
- 上記テキスタイル(1)は、織られたテキスタイルであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の委縮した膀胱の拡張人工器官。
- 上記ドーム型フレームを形成する上記補強ストリップ(3)は、0.1から10mmの間の厚さを有し、好ましく0.5から2mmの間の厚さ、より好ましくは1mmの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の委縮した膀胱の拡張人工器官。
- 上記フレームのPGA/PLAコポリマーは、30%のPGAおよび70%のPLAから形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の委縮した膀胱の拡張人工器官。
- 上記PGA/PLAコポリマーは、ポリ(L−ラクチック−co−グリコリック)コポリマー(PLLA/PGA)(モルに対してL−乳酸が82〜88%であり、グリコール酸が18〜12%であるもの)ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の委縮した膀胱の拡張人工器官。
- 膀胱(200)への関連する縫合は、吸収性物質を用いて、好ましくはPGAで作られた縫合糸を用いて行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の委縮した膀胱の拡張人工器官。
