Abstract

Описание представляет куполообразный колпачок (100) для расширения атрофированного мочевого пузыря (200) из биосовместимого и рассасывающегося материала, состоящего из ткани (1), сделанной из нитей или монофиламентных нитей, полученных из PGA волокон, который характеризуется тем, что указанная ткань (1) поддерживается каркасом в форме звезды с куполообразным профилем, сформированным с помощью множества радиальных полос (3), изготовленных путем инъекции PGA/PLA сополимера, где указанный колпачок (100) является пригодным для роста на нем аутологичных клеток фиброзной капсулы, генерируемых в процессе реконструкции ткани, после введения внутрь пациенту.
