図1Aは本実施形態に係る電気二重層コンデンサの外観正面図であり、図1Bは端子側から視た平面図である。
以下に、実施形態2について説明する。実施形態1では、電気二重層コンデンサ1の複数の端子一つずつ超音波接合しているのに対し、本実施形態では、同じ種類の端子に対しては一括して超音波接合することで、処理時間の短縮化を図っている。

Claims (3)
- 被接合材を積層し、積層方向からホーンの突出部と支持部とで挟み、前記ホーンを振動させつつ前記ホーンの前記突出部及び前記支持部により前記積層された被接合材を超音波接合することにより、電子デバイスの構成部材を製造する電子デバイスの製造方法において、
前記電子デバイスの構成部材に、前記積層された被接合材の種別が各々異なる第1の構造及び第2の構造がある場合、超音波接合時に前記ホーンの前記突出部及び前記支持部が前記被接合材にそれぞれ食い込むことにより生じる前記被接合材への押し込まれ量を所定値にする接合条件を、前記電子デバイスの構成部材の構造毎に記憶した記憶手段から、製造すべき前記電子デバイスの構成部材の前記第1の構造に対応する第1の接合条件及び前記第2の構造に対応する第2の接合条件を取得し、
前記第1の構造の接合と、前記第2の構造の接合に、同一の前記ホーンを用い、
取得した前記第1の接合条件及び、前記第2の接合条件に基づいて、前記同一のホーンの前記突出部及び前記支持部を用いて、前記第1の構造及び前記第2の構造のそれぞれに対応する前記積層された被接合材を超音波接合する、
電子デバイスの製造方法。 - 前記ホーンは同一構造の複数の突出部を有しており、
前記第1の構造を有する前記電子デバイスの構成部材が複数ある場合、前記第1の構造を有する電子デバイスの構成部材に対応する複数の前記積層された被接合材を、前記複数の突出部のそれぞれと前記支持部とで挟み、
前記第1の構造に対応した接合条件に基づいて、一括して接合する、
請求項1に記載の電子デバイスの製造方法。 - 前記第2の構造を有する前記電子デバイスの構成部材に対応する前記積層された被接合材を、前記複数の突出部のいずれか1つと前記支持部とで挟み、
前記第2の構造に対応した接合条件に基づいて接合する、
請求項2に記載の電子デバイスの製造方法。
