Claims (6)
- イオンを生成するためのイオン源のネブライザ側に電圧を印加して使用される質量分析計を、ネブライザ側を接地して使用できるようにするためのイオン源アダプタであって、
前記質量分析計のキャピラリのイオン導入口と前記ネブライザの間に挿入される、内部をイオンが通過するようにされた、絶縁体でなるチューブと、
該チューブの質量分析計側を前記キャピラリのイオン導入口に合わせて固定するための固定具と、
前記チューブのネブライザ側に電圧を印加するための電極と、
を備え、
前記チューブのネブライザ側及び/又は質量分析計側の外周が導電体でコーティングされ、通電に利用されていることを特徴とするイオン源アダプタ。 - 前記チューブが、ガラス素材、もしくは、プラスチック素材、もしくは、セラミック素材であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のイオン源アダプタ。
- 前記チューブのネブライザ側及び質量分析計側の両方の外周が互いに分離された導電体でコーティングされていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のイオン源アダプタ。
- 前記チューブのネブライザ側を加熱してイオン化を促進するためのヒータが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のイオン源アダプタ。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のイオン源アダプタを備えたことを特徴とする、分離分析と質量分析とを組み合わせた分離分析装置。
- 請求項5に記載の分離分析装置を用いることを特徴とする分離分析方法。
