Claims (17)
- 鋳鉄から製造される第1の部品を提供する工程と、
鋳鉄から製造されない金属合金から製造される第2の部品を提供する工程と、
前記第1の部品と前記第2の部品との間に配置されてそれらと結合するインサート材料を提供する工程と、ここで、前記インサート材料金属合金が、約5.0重量%〜20.0重量%の範囲のニッケルを含有する、
前記インサート材料を加熱して、前記インサート材料が保護雰囲気なしで一時的液相を形成して前記第1の部品と前記第2の部品とに接着するようにする工程において、前記インサート材料が加熱される時に前記第1の部品と前記第2の部品とが溶融しない工程とを含む、異なった材料を接合する方法。 - 前記インサート材料が、鋳鉄と異なり且つ前記第2の部品の前記金属合金と異なるインサート材料金属合金から製造される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記インサート材料を加熱する前に前記インサート材料が前記第1の部品を前記第2の部品から完全に分離する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記インサート材料を加熱する工程が、前記第1の部品、前記第2の部品、および前記インサート材料を誘導加熱する工程を包含する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記インサート材料を加熱する工程が、前記第1の部品、前記第2の部品、および前記インサート材料の電気抵抗加熱を包含する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記インサート材料を加熱する工程が摩擦溶接を包含する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記インサート材料が前記第1の部品上に噴霧される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記インサート材料が、前記インサート材料が前記第2の部品と結合する前に前記第1の部品上に配置されるフィルムである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記インサート材料が、前記インサート材料を前記第2の部品に結合する前に前記第1の部品の表面上に配置される粉末である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記インサート材料が、前記第1の部品上および前記第2の部品上に配置される粉末であり、前記第1の部品および第2の部品が結合される時に前記第1の部品上の前記粉末が前記第2の部品上の前記粉末と結合する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 鋳鉄から製造され、第1の表面を有する第1の部品を提供する工程と、
鋼から製造され、第2の表面を有する第2の部品を提供する工程と、
第1のインサート材料表面と前記第1のインサート材料表面の反対側に配置された第2のインサート材料表面とを有するインサート材料を提供する工程と、
前記第1のインサート材料表面を前記第1の表面に接して配置し、前記第2のインサート材料表面を前記第2の表面に接して配置する工程と、
前記インサート材料を加熱して、前記インサート材料が前記第1のインサート材料表面において第1の一時的液相になり前記第1の一時的液相が前記第1の部品に接着するようにし、前記インサート材料が前記第2のインサート材料表面において第2の一時的液相になり前記第2の一時的液相が前記第2の部品に接着するようにし、前記第1の一時的液相が、前記第2の一時的液相から完全に離隔される工程において、
前記インサート材料が加熱される時に前記第1の部品と前記第2の部品とが溶融せず前記インサート材料が前記第1の部品と前記第2の部品とに接着する工程とを含む、異なった材料を接合する方法。 - 前記第1の一時的液相と前記第2の一時的液相とが、前記第1の部品から前記第2の部品まで延在する前記インサート材料の外面まで延在しない、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の表面に接して配置される前記第1のインサート材料表面の一部が、前記第1の一時的液相になる、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の表面に接して配置される前記第2のインサート材料表面の一部が前記第2の一時的液相になる、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記インサート材料を加熱する工程が、前記インサート材料を加熱する前に前記第1の部品を予熱する工程を包含する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の部品が車軸アセンブリハウジングであり、前記第2の部品が取付ブラケットである、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記インサート材料が前記第1の部品を前記第2の部品から完全に分離する、請求項11に記載の方法。
