Claims (13)
- セラミック材料から成る本体と、該本体の上に形成される導電性経路とを備える電気発熱体であって、前記導電性経路は、還元型セラミック材料から成り、電源に接続するための第1の接触部分及び第2の接触部分を有し、
前記導電性経路は、前記本体の表面にパターンを形成する、電気発熱体。 - 前記本体は、完全に又は部分的に金属酸化物から形成され、前記導電性経路は、金属酸化物の金属部材から形成される、請求項1に記載の電気発熱体。
- 前記本体はジルコニアから形成され、前記導電性経路はジルコニウムから形成される、請求項1又は2に記載の電気発熱体。
- 前記本体は、実質的に円形の断面を有する、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の電気発熱体。
- 前記本体は、該本体の第1の端部に配置される前記第1の接触部分及び第2の接触部分を備える細長い形状であり、前記導電性経路は、該本体の第1の端部から第2の端部へ延び、該第2の端部から前記第1の端部に延びている、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の電気発熱体。
- 前記本体の外部表面の上のパッシベーション層を更に備える、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の電気発熱体。
- 請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の1つ又はそれ以上の発熱体を備えるエアロゾル生成基体と、前記第1の接触部分及び第2の接触部分において前記発熱体に接続する電源を収容するための電気加熱式エアロゾル発生システム。
- 電気発熱体を製造する方法であって、
セラミック材料から成る発熱体の本体を形成する段階と、
前記発熱体の本体を十分な温度の還元環境に置き、該本体の上に還元型セラミック材料から成り、前記本体の表面にパターンを形成する導電性経路を形成する段階と、
前記導電性経路を電源へ接続するための電気的接触部分を提供する段階と、
を含む方法。 - 前記発熱体の本体を還元環境に置く段階は、前記本体を水素環境に置く段階を含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記十分な温度は、1000℃から1300℃の間である、請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
- 前記発熱体の本体を還元環境に置く段階に続いて、前記発熱体の本体上にパッシベーション層を形成する段階を更に含む、請求項8から10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記発熱体の本体を形成する段階は、射出成形を行う段階を含む、請求項8から11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 電気発熱体を製造する方法であって、
セラミック材料から成る発熱体の本体を形成する段階と、
前記発熱体の本体を還元電解質内に置き、前記発熱体の本体の電解還元を行い、該本体の上に還元型セラミック材料から成り、前記本体の表面にパターンを形成する導電性経路を形成する段階と、
前記導電性経路を電源へ接続するための電気的接触部分を提供する段階と、
を含む方法。
