Description
Claims (19)
- 産業プロセスにおけるプロセス流体の圧力を測定するための圧力トランスミッタシステムにおいて、
圧力センサを有する圧力トランスミッタと、
プロセス流体の圧力を圧力センサに結合するように構成された円形型開口部を有するプロセス流体通路と、
環状凹部、当該環状凹部から放射状に内側に配置された環状加重集中部および前記環状凹部を満たして前記環状加重集中部の少なくとも一部に接するシール材料を含み、前記円形型開口部の周囲に拡がった同心状のシール支持構造体とを含む圧力トランスミッタシステム。 - 前記同心状のシール支持構造体が、前記環状加重集中部から放射状に内側に配置された環状内側凹部を備え、前記シール材料が前記環状内側凹部の少なくとも一部を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力トランスミッタシステム。
- 前記加重集中部が、前記円形型開口部に初期加重を加えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力トランスミッタシステム。
- 前記加重集中部が、前記同心状のシール支持構造体から材料を除去することによって製造されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力トランスミッタシステム。
- 前記環状加重集中部が、前記同心状のシール支持構造体内の傾斜によって形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力トランスミッタシステム。
- 前記シール材料が、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)から構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力トランスミッタシステム。
- 前記シール材料がグラファイトから構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力トランスミッタシステム。
- 前記同心状のシール支持構造体が、前記圧力トランスミッタの表面に取り付けられた溶接リングに形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力トランスミッタシステム。
- 前記同心状のシール支持構造体が、プロセスコンポーネントの表面に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力トランスミッタシステム。
- 前記プロセスコンポーネントが、前記圧力トランスミッタを前記プロセス流体に結合するために用いられる結合部を構成することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の圧力トランスミッタシステム。
- 前記シール支持構造体が、前記シール材料のコールドフローを減らすように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力トランスミッタシステム。
- 前記環状加重集中部は、前記シール材料に加わる単位面積当たりの圧力が増幅するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力トランスミッタシステム。
- 前記同心状のシール支持構造体が、前記圧力トランスミッタ本体に溶接されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力トランスミッタシステム。
- 前記環状加重集中部が、前記シール材料のコールドフローを減らすように構成された鋸歯状部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力トランスミッタシステム。
- 前記環状凹部から放射状に外側に配置された外側環状加重集中部を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力トランスミッタシステム。
- 前記外側環状加重集中部が、前記シール材料のコールドフローを減らすように構成された鋸歯状部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力トランスミッタシステム。
- 圧力センサを有するプロセス変数トランスミッタをプロセス流体にシールする方法において、
プロセス結合部の周囲に拡がる環状加重集中部を提供し、
前記環状加重集中部から放射状に外側に配置された前記加重集中部の周囲に環状凹部を提供し、
前記加重集中部とプロセス面との間の前記環状凹部内にシール材料を配置し、
前記プロセス面に対して前記シール材料を押し付ける初期加重を加えることを含むプロセス変数トランスミッタをシールする方法。 - 材料除去プロセスを用いて前記環状加重集中部を製造することを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
- 傾斜加工のプロセスを用いて前記環状加重集中部を形成することを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
