Claims (4)
- 高分子電解質と触媒とを含む電極触媒層が、電解質膜の両面側にそれぞれ設けられた電解質膜・電極構造体の製造方法であって、
前記高分子電解質と、前記触媒と、溶媒とを混合して触媒インクを調製する混合工程と、
前記触媒インクを転写基材に塗工して塗膜を形成する塗工工程と、
前記塗膜を前記転写基材に臨む基材側面から加熱するとともに、該基材側面と反対の表面側の雰囲気温度を維持するべく該表面側を冷却することにより前記塗膜を乾燥させて乾燥膜を得る乾燥工程と、
前記転写基材上の前記乾燥膜を前記電解質膜に接触させて転写することにより、前記電解質膜に臨む一方の面側に含まれる前記高分子電解質の成分の重量が、他方の面側に比して2倍以上大きい前記電極触媒層を前記電解質膜に設ける転写工程と、
を有し、
前記乾燥工程では、前記塗膜の前記基材側面の加熱温度を、前記表面側の前記雰囲気温度よりも70℃以上高くすることを特徴とする電解質膜・電極構造体の製造方法。 - 請求項1記載の電解質膜・電極構造体の製造方法において、
前記乾燥工程では、前記塗膜の前記表面側に常温の気体を吹き付けて前記雰囲気温度を維持することを特徴とする電解質膜・電極構造体の製造方法。 - 請求項1又は2記載の電解質膜・電極構造体の製造方法において、
前記乾燥工程では、前記塗膜の前記基材側面に対して、前記転写基材を介して熱風を吹き付けることにより加熱を行うことを特徴とする電解質膜・電極構造体の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の電解質膜・電極構造体の製造方法において、
前記乾燥工程では、前記転写基材をホットプレートに接触させることで、前記塗膜を前記基材側面から加熱することを特徴とする電解質膜・電極構造体の製造方法。
