Claims (7)
- 通信アンテナ部と、
半導体スイッチにより構成されるスイッチ部と、
スイッチ制御部と、
電源と、
昇圧回路部と、
通信部を備え、
前記スイッチ部は、前記昇圧回路部を介して前記スイッチ制御部に接続される第1の経路と、
前記昇圧回路部を介さず直接前記スイッチ制御部に接続される第2の経路を有し、
前記電源は、前記スイッチ制御部及び前記昇圧回路部に対して動作電力を供給し、
前記通信アンテナ部と前記通信部を接続するライン上に前記スイッチ部が設けられ、
前記第1の経路、及び前記第2の経路のいずれからも前記スイッチ部への接続指示信号が伝達されない場合には前記スイッチ部は前記ラインを遮断し、
前記第1の経路、あるいは前記第2の経路の少なくとも一方から前記スイッチ部への接続指示信号が伝達された場合には前記スイッチ部は前記ラインを導通し、
前記スイッチ制御部は前記通信アンテナ部での受信信号の電圧を検出し、
検出された前記受信信号の電圧が所定値を超えた場合には前記スイッチ制御部は前記第1の経路及び前記第2の経路のいずれにも接続指示信号を伝達しないことで前記ラインを遮断し、
前記所定値は前記通信部に過電圧が加わる上限電圧に設定し、
前記第1の経路を経由した前記スイッチ部への昇圧された接続指示信号の電圧は、前記通信部からの信号送信がある場合に前記スイッチ部による前記ラインの導通が確保される電圧であることを特徴とする通信装置。 - 前記通信部が信号を受信する下限電圧に第1閾値を設定し、
前記所定値を第2閾値とし、
検出された前記受信信号の電圧が前記第1閾値以下の場合は、前記スイッチ部制御部は前記第2の経路に接続指示信号を伝達し、前記第1の経路に接続指示信号を伝達しないことで前記昇圧回路部は動作を停止し、
検出された前記受信信号の電圧が前記第1閾値を超過し、前記第1閾値より高い第2閾値以下の場合は、前記スイッチ部制御部は少なくとも前記第1の経路に接続指示信号を伝達し、前記昇圧回路部は接続指示信号の伝達を受けることで動作し、
検出された前記受信信号の電圧が前記第2閾値を超過した場合は、前記スイッチ制御部は前記第1の経路及び前記第2の経路に接続指示信号を伝達せず、前記昇圧回路部は接続指示信号の伝達を受けないことで動作を停止することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の通信装置。 - 前記スイッチ制御部は、さらに前記通信部からの信号送信を検出し、
前記信号送信が検出され、かつ前記受信信号の電圧が前記第2閾値以下である場合に、前記スイッチ制御部は前記第1の経路に接続指示信号を伝達することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の通信装置。 - 前記電源は電池であることを特徴とする、
請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の通信装置。 - 前記スイッチ部は接続指示信号が供給されなければラインを遮断することを特徴とする、
請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の通信装置。 - 前記スイッチ部はMOSFETであることを特徴とする、
請求項5に記載の通信装置。 - 請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の通信装置を有する電子機器。
