Description
送信装置1(図2を参照)から送られた信号は共用アンテナL1と補助受電アンテナL1aに入力される。補助受電アンテナL1aから入力された信号は補助整流回路22aにより直流電圧に変換され、インピーダンス整合回路21の切り替え用スイッチ素子SW1のゲートに入力され、スイッチ素子SW1をオン状態にする。

Claims (3)
- 通信及び受電を共用する共用アンテナと、
前記共用アンテナに接続され、第1スイッチ素子を有するインピーダンス整合回路と、
前記インピーダンス整合回路に接続される通信回路と、
前記第1スイッチ素子のオンオフを切り替える第2スイッチ素子と、
通信時及び受電時に前記第1スイッチ素子及び前記第2スイッチ素子のオンオフを切り替えるインピーダンス整合調整回路と、
を備え、
前記インピーダンス整合調整回路が前記第2スイッチ素子のオンオフを切り替えることにより、前記第1スイッチ素子は前記第2スイッチ素子によって制御されることを特徴とする無線通信装置。 - 前記インピーダンス整合回路に接続される整流回路と、
補助受電アンテナと、
前記補助受電アンテナに接続される補助インピーダンス整合回路と、
前記補助インピーダンス整合回路に接続され、前記第1スイッチ素子に電力を供給する補助整流回路と、
を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無線通信装置。 - 前記インピーダンス整合回路に接続され、前記第1スイッチ素子に電力を供給する整流回路を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無線通信装置。
